I called the store a number of times and they keep saying they escalated the matter and 72 hours I would have my monet back . 72 hours went by and still no refund. I finally called my bank and got my refund and now my free people account is restricted!!!!! I had every right to get my money back !!! I no longer had the merchandise. By law they have 10days to refund the monet once item is returned!!! It was over a month !!!!

My daughter saved up for weeks to buy these sneakers, and now she can't even wear them--all because not a single person in the store offered her any assistance.
