She was also fun and funny -- a reminder that shopping should not be an ordeal but a treat. Lastly, she was very kind and patient with my mom who had different ideas about what looked nice on me -- even though Mom happily paid for the outfit at the end. :-)

I made a purchase at a VV in New York that unfortunately was not the right size. While on business in Connecticut I thought it was worth a shot to try and exchange the item, even though I didn't have the receipt with me. I was warmly greeted upon entering the store and after explaining my situation to the manager she was eager to rectify the issue. It's always a pleasure to go into a place of a business with a negative or neutral expectation and leave satisfied with the service your receive. Not only was I able to exchange my previous purchase but I picked up a few extras while I was there. It's not quite Summer without VV...or Fall, or Winter, or Spring....

The next day, when I went to the UGG store at the Clinton Outlets, an employee told me they couldn't exchange them because she had already worn them, and the insides felt used. My daughter saved up for weeks to buy these sneakers, and now she can't even wear them--all because not a single person in the store offered her any assistance. I should've go there Clinton outlet the person didn't help me because I was Spanish because she was very rude and sarcastic to me when I asked her please can I change my daughter shoes very quickly said no but with other customers she was very nice because they wasn't Spanish.
