I can't recall the salesman's name, was young and also apparently works at a car dealership. Made my husband to be feel that we were inconveniencing him by shopping for our wedding tux. He complained multiple times about how much he works and how he was so excited to only have an hour and a half left until he was off. Took over an hour to pick out pieces of a suit because he kept running off to take care of people who came in after us (most of which I had to pick out as he tried to give up on finding a size that would fit for pants, shirt, and vest. It felt like he was just grabbing whatever was closest (tried to give us a large shirt when a 3x fit the vest????) When we finally got a suit together he typed it in the computer and said we couldn't get one piece. Told us he'd go grab his tablet to see what he could do then went and helped someone else. This evening, my husband and I were out to shop for two suits for him to wear to weddings this year. We planned on finishing the suits with shirts, ties and other accessories so he could be fully outfitted. We had a budget of $2K for spending. The Men's Warehouse sales person declined our business as we entered their premises - because we were fully vaccinated and not wearing masks. We promptly said 'have a nice evening' as we exited. The couple who came in after us had the exact same experience. We took our business to Belk's across the street and bought his suits today. Their sales team was more than happy to help us and Belk's even ordered pants with the suit coats to send direct to our home with free shipping. BTW, the couple who also left TMW after we did, was also shopping at Belk's and buying a suit there too. They were in line behind us with a beautiful grey suit at check out. To the management at TMW....just FYI, the CDC has recommended masks not be worn if you are vaccinated. Follow the science.... read more

Horrible experience with this store. I needed to rent a tuxedo for a wedding and Men's Wearhouse was unfortunately what the wedding planner chose for the groomsmen. When I went to get fitted, the staff was incredibly rude. They literally did multiple rounds of rock, paper, scissors to decide who had to help me get fitted right in front of me. Once my suit finally arrived, it showed up 3 days before the event. The shirt that arrived was laughably bigger than what I needed and the tuxedo coat sleeves were way too long. I was told the coat would be fixed first thing in the morning. I called later the next evening to pick up my coat and no repairs had even been started and they acted like they didn't know it was even supposed to be fixed. They had ordered a new shirt which showed up the afternoon before the event. I ended up having to go to the store 4 times before everything was finally ready. Once I picked up the final package, I got in my car and inspected it. Sure enough, my bow tie, cuff links, and socks were missing. I had to do back in yet again to receive everything I needed and should have received on my first visit. The amount of issues and unprofessionalism I witnessed will lead to me never willingly come to this location again. read more

Initially I was excited to work with Men's Wearhouse, however they are not very coordinated and organized. A few of my groomsmen had their suits sent to the wrong city in the state of Georgia, making the few days before the wedding extremely stressful for my wife and me. One of my groomsmen actually had to drive back to Savannah from Newnan that afternoon because they did not send his suit to the correct location. This was a 3 1/2 hour drive away from where he needed to be that evening, which was extremely inconvenient. The irritating thing about the whole situation was that customer service left him no option whatsoever. The only way he would match the rest of the guys was if he drove to Savannah. There was also a lack of actual renting knowledge on the associates part. When my groomsmen went to pick up their suits, half of them were unaware that an additional purchase needed to be made to compliment the rental suit. My wife and I were reassured when we first set up the rental process that a note would be included in all of our information regarding the rented suit. However, this was never clarified when our groomsmen went to pick up their various suits, and required my continual reminder to make sure to pick up a pair of suspenders that were attached to the rental suit. This seems minor, however it was very inconvenient and frankly annoying to have to handle this situation. I loved the way I looked on my wedding day, however I do not think I will be using Men's Warehouse in the future as a rental option. I also would not recommend using Men's Wearhouse for wedding rentals to anyone, unless you enjoy adding stress to your important day. read more

I recently got a tux from MW for a black tie gala. On the initial visit to get fitted and to reserve the tux, the staff was very friendly, and very pleasant. They went over everything with me and I felt very comfortable with the tux rental. I went to pick up my tux a little over a week later, and found that they had not ordered the correct tie that I picked out and offered a few choices of what they had on hand. They somewhat apologized, made no concession toward the price of the rental (which is very high considering I didn't get what I ordered), and they didn't call any of the other stores in the area to see if they had anything acceptable on-hand. The shirt was way bigger than the one I tried on. I'm a pretty short guy and they gave me a large shirt, the bottom of which went down below my knees, my legs could have gone into the sleeves, it was just ridiculously big. The hem started to come out of the sleeves of the jacket before the event even started. When I returned the tux, the staff was completely unfriendly. The same people that were happy to set me up with the tux acted like they could care less that I was there. It was very odd how different their demeanor was. After this experience, I would not recommend MW for formal wear rental. There are a few local shops that are affiliated with larger distributors that I would check out first. I have since checked the prices and the local shops are cheaper and you'll surely find better customer service. read more

So I was told I was going to be a groomsman for a wedding. This wedding was in Florida but because I live in Newnan, I got the groom to rent the tux from this nearby location. The staff were polite when getting my measurements, I mean when people are measuring you its sort of awkward I guess, they didn't make it awkward. They were done quick and it took a whole of 10 minutes to get me measured out. Now when the order was finalized they told me it was going to be picked up in Florida. I told them that I wanted it to be picked up in Newnan. So I waited there a couple minutes to make sure that it was correctly inputted. Once it was confirmed, I left. I came in today (per the email's instructions) and was told that they had sent it to Florida. Despite the fact that I had specifically told them to send it to this location, I now have to modify my timetables to pick up the suit that was already paid for. In addition to not having my suit there, the staff did not appear apologetic for the mistake they had made. I didn't choose to voice my disappointment there, because as far as I was concerned there wasn't anything they could do about it, but it irritates me that they didn't at least try to apologize about it. I mean in the business statement they make at the bottom of the page they say: "Our wardrobe consultants go beyond a customer's initial request to make sure he is truly satisfied with his shopping experience." But that isn't true is it? Not in this case. I've never really shopped at Men's Wearhouse before, but after this experience in just their rental department, I don't think i'll be making the mistake of coming back there again. read more

We went to buy suits for a wedding. The ladies in the store were very kind. The manager was professional and helpful. The other employee named Felix was absolutely awful. He had a bad attitude the whole 2 hours. He spoke condescending to us. And acted like he wished we were not in the store. When you go avoid him at all cost. He treats others like they are idiots. And even yelled through the store asking for sizes. read more

I recently bought a tux from here, and to say the least I am happy. It was like night and day though going inside of this place. What I mean by that is some days the customer service was excellent and other days it was very dry. You would think that when you're spending $1000 on the suit people would be happy to see you LOL. The store manager on the other hand is probably the best store manager I've run across in a long time. This man remembers your name after not seeing you for a couple of weeks. It was very impressive for me to walk through the front door and he say it's good to see you again Mr. Taylor. If I come back to the store to purchase anything it will be because of him. read more
