This Old Navy is in hey Belle Isle station shopping area north of Oklahoma City, and is pretty well stocked and actually pretty friendly compared to the ones in Houston. I didn't find anything I wanted and the sale wasn't extensive enough compared to what I was looking for, but I still liked it more than most Old Navy stores, as did Barbie. read more

This old navy is a hit or miss... I feel like one visit I'll have an awesome easy experience while the next just requires a whole lot of patience while digging through the piles trying to find my size then once I do, I have to stand in line for over 10 minutes since only one register is working... I came in the other night on a Thursday evening around 6:00. One girl was working, 9 people were in line. A customer pays with cash so she calls another employee up, the employee brings the cash then walks right back passing all the upset customers. I really feel bad for the fitting room attendants when there is someone working them, always clothes left over and just piles. This old navy is scattered. Although the prices are so cheap of the clothes sometimes it is worth the trip depending on what you're shopping for. read more

You call yourself an Old Navy? You should be embarrassed of yourself. All clothing in disarray. No associates out walking the store to help you find the sizes you need. No associates manning the dressing room, which leads to a lot of confusion and frustration. All of the employees were at the check out. There were 5 of them, and somehow the checkout lines were still very long. read more

I got to go with some friends to do back to school shopping with their kiddos on Friday evening. I wish I could give this Old Navy higher ratings, but I just can't. Yes, the kids took home a haul of good clothes at affordable prices - made more affordable with a generous 10% military discount and the fact that it was tax free weekend. But that's kind of where the kudos end. They were woefully understaffed for the onslaught of back-to-school shoppers trying to take advantage of the tax free action. There was no one helping back in the kids section, and only about half the time I was in the dressing room area was there a person to help manage the long line of people waiting for a room. Now I know Old Navy is not a place where one can expect great service, but I think at least one person in every department and one person in dressing rooms is kind of the bare minimum. I have no idea how they operate without more staff on the floor. But the biggest disappointment was the selection - it really isn't what it should be for back to school. I was helping a "tween" find clothes, and it's weird that there's not a true junior's section. It's like kids or women's, and when you're going into the seventh grade, neither makes much sense. We were too big for most of the kids' stuff, but the women's stuff was too grown up, too low cut, too expensive. A department store would have a whole section to bridge this gap. We were digging through the racks to find all the 14-16s and XLs they had, but there really should be a whole Tween/Juniors area that addresses this - especially at a store whose sole purpose seems to be selling kids' clothes to parents a few times a year. Overall, I'll be surprised if this brand survives another ten years unless they really take a look at some of these issues. read more

This Old Navy, like most others, requires one to go in with a bucket of patience, a lot of time, and a willingness to accept your fate. Old Navy stores are chock-full of good deals, but sometimes those deals are hidden behind mountains of other stuff. I always go here mid-week in the afternoon, as it tends to not be as bad. Weekends are a nightmare, avoid them if you can. The store is woefully understaffed, and I always seem to get stuck behind customers who bring up a bunch of stuff, then spend far too long swapping items in and out. I feel badly for the staff in particular, who are always trying their best but are stuck with ridiculously low staff numbers. At the end of the day though, I just go in knowing what I want, and then take my phone to the check out line where I am prepared to wait. It's worth it for the good deals. read more

You all know what to expect at Old Navy, affordable selections of everyday essentials. This Old Navy is exactly that and yes, on peak sales events it may be somewhat disorganized and understaffed, but overall I find this location to perform above average compared to similar stores and you really can't complain for what you ultimately pay at the register. The Belle Isle Station (Ex-Walmart) has ample parking and on normal weekdays/weekends there are no issues at this store. Overall Old Navy seems to be consistent with it's stores and I often visit this store with my wife. One drawback, there aren't that many sitting spots read more

I love Old Navy, the clothes are comfortable, affordable and usually durable. By far my favorite thing are the flip-flops, which have saved my poor sore feet from heals on more than one occasion. With that said, I have frequented many an ON in my day, many times to peruse the new arrivals, most of the time heading straight toward that flip-flop display. On one of my rare shopping sprees, I left the luxury of near-by Penn Square Mall to find a bit more bang for my buck that I had been lacking in my shopping. As I walked blissfully into ON ready to do some shopping, I was horrified to see the entirety of the store in complete disarray. To make things worse, all the employees were gathered near the registers, chatting, sitting, paying no attention to customers in the store. Because of my time crunch and my need for a bargain, I stayed. In retrospect this was probably a bad idea. The disorganization in the store made it impossible to find sizes, styles, colors. The dressing room should never be witnessed by anyone with a weak heart and one should NEVER remove their shoes. After that horrific display I chose to make my exit. After working retail for 5 years, I know that this was a poorly run store, with a great lack of consideration for the customer. Unfortunately, having no interactions with a single employee, I cannot give a fair assessment of their attitude, I am only left to assume they would be as uncaring to me as they were to the presentation of their store. Out of pure curiosity (yes, I know what killed the cat), I chose to return on a couple occasions. Sadly, many things have not changed. The dressing room floor didn't seem to be accumulating the same amount of nastiness that was there on my previous visit, but I think I would still keep my flip-flops on. read more

Yup, it's an Old Navy...I can't tell you any different. I really like their sales racks. You know that blouse you paid $30 for? Well it's highly possible that it will be $10 in a couple weeks. But it's not like anything at Old Navy is really that expensive. I shop Old Navy online a lot for myself, but for the kiddos I shop in the store. (Old Navy doesn't carry plus size clothes in the store and you can't return plus size internet purchases to the store) This is not the store to get any kind of assistance on the floor, or be greeted when you come in. The maternity section is a joke. You are by the only babies-r-us in the city and decide to make the maternity section into a clearance section where everything is chaos. You cant tell whats maternity, whats regular, whats on sale, whats not. Its literally thrown on racks with everything else. As if being pregnant isnt stressful enough now they want us to dig through overstuffed racks to find something that might fit. read more

This is the most poorly run Old Navy I've ever been in. They are consistently under-staffed. I have to wait in long lines, rummage through disorganized merchandise, and walk through a messy/dirty store. The mirrors in the dressing room are disgusting and look like they haven't been wiped clean in months. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more
