They are on the pricey side but they always have a great sale rack right outside their door and sale in the back. They have a decent selection of shoes also. Depending on who is working I almost feel as if I'm being followed sometimes.. which I just prefer to be left alone. Like I said, they have some adorable things; my favorite being the actual Keedo brand, which are designed and assembled in South Africa and are very cute and comfortable. It is just hard for me to pay a lot of money for clothes that my child is going to grow out of so quickly. This store is a good place to find gifts for little ones, or to just blow all your money. I didn't find anything I wanted and the sale wasn't extensive enough compared to what I was looking for, but I still liked it more than most Old Navy stores, as did Barbie.

Retail is alive and well in locally-owned shops where people still care about the small business owners they are working for, and the customers they serve. When I go to a store like Blue Seven, I'm greeted, asked if I need help, shown to a dressing room. At the very least, they manage to *acknowledge* my very existence. I ran into Gap at Penn the other day when I realized I haven't bought a new pair of jeans since I had my first baby over three years ago. I knew what size I wanted, and what style, but it would have been nice if anyone had spoken to me at any point. I was in the store for about 20 minutes. I was clearly searching for a size I could not find, then finding a dressing room. Almost every dressing room had a bunch of stuff in it, but I was able to find one that was open that I felt like I could use. No one ever wandered back there as far as I could tell. I walked back out to try again to find a size. Still no help, no hello, no greeting or offer of assistance. There was a huge stack of cardboard boxes waiting to be broken down and taken out in the hallway leading to the dressing rooms, and it was just generally full of dust-bunnies and way too much stuff.

Baby gaps knee socks are a great soft elastic material that are knee high and keep my baby's feet nice and cozy while still being stylish and extra cute!
