I haven't been to a stand alone Lane Bryant since I was a kid but this was a great visit. The girls that helped me were super nice! Very patient with me, and gave me so many options to choose from! I walked out with 2 new bras, even went down a cup. The proceeds were great. Usually with large bra sizes they're $60 a pop. I was able to find a cute one off the clearance rack in my size!!! I really enjoy this location, there has been an influx in new employees I'm sure due to the recent closers of their stores around Orlando. Their store is always clean and welcoming When I go in this store it's always trouble because I ALWAYS over spend but it's all for the greater good. Lol The value and the quality of their products really last. I often get asked why do I go and shop there when I'm not technically plus size but because of their quality it's unlike other stores.... Its last. They are pricey but the key is to go during a sales, that way they give you more coupons and just buy in pieces. Then the price is not that bad. read more

It's been a while 4 years to be exact since I got a new bra and ohhhh man Did I really need one. The young lady named Jayden was exceptionally amazing. She was very attentive, kind, wonderful spirit and extravagant knowledge. I had to at least tried on 4 bras and I had many questions and she was so patient with me. I have been shopping at Lane Bryant for many, many years and have appreciated their quality and size selection. Here is the BUT.... over the past few years I have experienced a marked decline in quality. I usually purchase my underwear there, even at their exorbitant prices, but they stopped stocking my preferred style and I purchased a new style. This underwear lost shape, lost elasticity and pretty much just fell apart after one or two washes. Yes, I use a garment bag on delicate in my washer, yes I lay them flat on a towel to dry. They are just cheaply made. So sad. I have since tossed them ($$$$ ouch) and I'll be heading over to Khols or Target to purchase new. A similar thing happened to the pants I purchased. The actual fabric started to wear thin and show strings after about a month. So sad to see Lane Bryant quality decline so rapidly and so low. read more

Miss Rhonda was instrumental in helping my sister make her purchase. Miss Rhonda made us feel welcomed. Miss Rhonda took the time to find items for us to view and even offered to place an order for any item we couldn't find in the store. With the help of Miss Rhonda, we were able to find a style that worked. We felt comfortable asking Miss Rhonda questions, and she was extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store. You see I'm using a walking cane and I have to sit due to severe back pain. She went beyond the call of duty to help me. She was courteous and friendly. As a long time retailer in Women's clothing, including Lane Bryant and Catherine's, I have always looked forward to stopping in to check out the new colors and styles the company is offering. I visited tonight with my wife while she picked out some better fitting pants. As always, I accompany my wife to the dressing room to give her my opinion on fit. There were no signs suggesting there would be an issue with this. After several items tried on, an employee came to check on my wife. I responded that we were good. She told me that I'm not allowed in the dressing room, unless of course if I'm trying on clothes. She asked me to leave the dressing room. I was insulted and offended that I was subjected to judgement based on my gender for an unposted rule (if it really exists, because it never did when I worked there). I sincerely wish there was a different Lane Bryant closer to our house so that we could never visit this location again. This visit has definitely dimmed my view of a normally great company. read more

Vacation is coming up in three weeks and my best friend and I needed to get cute outfits for partying. This weekend was the buy one, get one 75% off and found some comfy and going out fitting tops which came out to being great sales. The ladies are helpful in getting a different size if you're trying out clothes and are able to check online if something you want is not available in store. Love it! read more

This is a good plus size store but a bit on the pricey side. I don't buy a lot of clothes here because it would just get too expensive. But I do buy all my underwear and bras here because they have a large range of styles and sizes and colors. A lot of the times I order my bras online when they have sales because I have an odd size and it's more convenient. I use the ship to store option so I don't have to pay shipping. They do have a rewards program. They also are always having some kind of sale or special so look out for that. I find the staff to be decent. A little pushy or overly helpful at times when I usually just want to browse in peace. But at least they're generally friendly and knowledgeable. The parking lot can be a bit nightmarish because there are a lot of businesses crammed into the center. read more

I got a lane Bryant credit card for my girlfriend. She bought bras from there all the time so I thought it was a good idea to save some money, boy was I wrong! I paid off my balance in December, then I was charged a $2 "finance charge" after paying off the card. Think my balance was 0, I didn't bother looking at statements until May. In May the balance was over $200 from late fees on the $2 finance charge. I paid all but one late fee and closed my account then ANOTHER $2 finance charge showed up a week after I paid off the account THE SECOND TIME. I called customer service and was transferred to the wrong people then transferred to a "manager" who didn't answer my questions and hung up on me. This company is the absolute worst! Beautiful location located just outside of Altamonte Mall. The woman that helped me, Kendra, was an absolute godsend. She measured me, told me about the sales, and made sure to check on my periodically and hand me any new items I needed. But the time I was ready to pay, she had left for the day. I should have followed her out as the 3 other ladies left in the store spent so much time haggling and pressuring people making purchases to sign up for a credit card, that I ended up waiting in line for nearly 30 mins. I left the line several times to browse a bit, and every time I came back, the ladies were still working with the same 3 people. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. read more

Today, we were in lane bryant at Altamonte springs for Memorial day-evening. Wwe had a great experience in Lane bryant. She was able to quickly come and help my wife Shikha Sridhar to take care of the fitting room quickly, as well , she was able to get us registered and provide some coupon for future. She has an awesome, outstanding nature to help customers. We can see from her attitude. WE need to recognize such people who care . Woooooow... it's been a while since I came to this store. Or any LB store that either wasn't in Close-Out mode or an outlet, so maybe that's why I was so impressed. I was on a mission for specific basics, but while I was there I saw cocktail dresses, fun and flirty skirts, work out wear, dressy\work clothes and jeans galore! This store is small, but it is stocked! Everything I looked at had options in every size. I really need to shop in regular stores (vs outlets) more often I guess... The sale rack was really full too. A little too full in fact, (I couldn't really move the hangars to see sizes) which is both good and annoying. I was there near closing and expected to be rushed out the door, but the sales ladies were nice and let me do my shopping without pushing me out the door.
