Despite repeated follow-ups, no one has answered a single call or replied to any messages. The complete lack of customer service or acknowledgment is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. If you're considering buying from them, be aware that communication appears to be completely nonexistent. I am cancelling my order and won't purchase anything from Minnows in the future.

They didn't have the size shirt we wanted but they located it at their other store, took our payment and arranged for quick curbside pickup at the other location which was not far at all. Service at this store was above and beyond during a difficult time.

I saw that there was a sale going on and wanted to check a price on a clothing item. When I approached the desk she rudely replied the price of item before I could ask my question. When I went back to the sales counter to purchase another item with the item in hand she rudely told me the price of the item. I hadnt even asked her any question. When I remarked I was there to just purchase the item she said i just wanted to let me know the price of the item. I have shopped at this store before and didnt have any issues. I am very disappointed.
