Here I am ready for retirement, and my grandkids are going to push me to get a second job (lol)! A few Jacksons flew out of my wallet on just shirts, shorts, and PJs for one of them. But, we really like the clothes from Old Navy because they're cute, comfy, and also durable! This location keeps the merchandise in order and well-organized throughout the store, throughout the day. It's been "all hands on deck" on my visits, and on this one, I stepped up to an associate and she was extremely helpful in not just pointing me in the right direction, but she walked me over and helped me pick coordinating outfits. When in doubt, don't hesitate to ask for assistance--nine times out of ten, the team members will be happy to help! I think I'll be shopping here throughout the summer! Why here? Shopping at this location is a total Flea market experience. I went in to exchange something and before I can even get my things out the bag KAYLA sighed. Granted it was only two things. I made a mistake and grabbed the wrong color and asked my daughter to go back and she cut her eyes, I know it's 30 minutes before closing but pick a different shift and she did this in front of her manager who stood and watched. This relatively new Old Navy is bright and big and spotless. It's right near the entrance to I-75. As we were passing by, I couldn't not stop, as I do like their clothes. I'd been to one in Fort Lauderdale recently and wanted to see what other items on sale this branch offered. I didn't see anything that jumped out and said "buy me" although I did try on a few items... just in case. I did wind up buying their 5 pack of face masks. I'd bought one batch previously and loved the one I'd tried. They offer different groupings of colors and patterns. I couldn't resist this one package with a couple leopard prints in it. So although I didn't buy a whole lot here, I think it's a good place to shop --- especially if you're an Old Navy fan. They have a lot of inventory. The store was fairly empty. And the people working there were quite friendly. It's not my usual neighborhood, but I'm sure I'd stop back here if in this part of town in the future. read more

In the verbal altercation I was having another customer stepped in and said this wasn't the first time she spoke to customers aggressively like that this week. With reasonable prices, new arrivals, and weekly sales, the store has a large selection of clothes and items for men, women, plus women, kids, toddlers, and babies. You can find the following items in the store: * Graphic tees/polos/tanks * Blouses * Sweaters/jackets/hoodies/fleece/cardigans * Dresses * Skirts & shorts * Pants/jeans/leggings/Capris * Swimsuits * Active wear * Sleepwear * Sunglasses * Shoes/handbags/accessories * Socks/boxers/briefs * Beauty products * Jewelry * Uniforms The store is nice and clean. Each department is surprisingly organized. The associates are courteous and helpful (they're the ones with a black walkie-talkie radio on them). I asked for assistance from three of them; one showed me where to find the Rockstar jeans for women, another one showed me where to find the fitting rooms, and another associate showed me where to place the items that I didn't want to purchase. NOTE: If the store doesn't have the color or size of a particular item(s) you want, you can order it and have it shipped to your home for free, or you can have an associate locate the nearest store that has the item(s) in stock. It was a bit of a wait at the check out line, but the cashiers valued each customer's time and tried to process each transaction as quickly as possible. 12/20/23. 6:30 PM. Seems like every time we head to OLD navy at this location the cashiers are so unhappy. The cashier only want to talk to other employees while checking you out. No hello, goodbye, just talking amongst themselves. It makes shopping experience here, not enjoyable. Tall young lady with the tan hood always has an attitude, she makes remarks to to other employees regarding customers in line. This location specific I always find great deals. They're always organized, clean and the staff is always friendly. The store was very neat and clean, and most of the workers were amazing and nice! But I had an issue with one employee and this isn't my first encounter with her. Everytime I come in to get me a nice outfit so I can go out, I always need help finding certain things. So the first person I see is a woman named Erica. The first time I saw her she looked pretty nice, but as soon as I approached her she had the nastiest attitude. I was shocked. I almost didn't come back to this store ever again. But I decided to give it another try. I came back about 3 weeks later, and the store was busy to my surprise. The only person available was once again Erica. To my knowledge I thought that last time she was having a bad day, and that explained the bad attitude. So I approached her again and she had a even worse attitude then before. I will not be shopping at this Old Navy Outlet again. The way she treats her fellow employees is also very nasty. Please handle Erica. While wandering the Shops at Pembroke Gardens, my daughter wanted to look for something here so in we go. She and the boyfriend head for the menswear as I follow. He's looking for a shirt... yeah, he just dripped something on the one he's wearing and wants to change. lol There were many to chose from at the expected "reasonable" Old Navy prices... plus it looks like EVERYTHING is on sale. I think this is to be expected here. She leaves to use the restroom with me holding her sleep pants and tank. It was quite busy so I jump on the looong line. She eventually reappears to wait with me. At the register, I decide to cheat and use these items as holiday gifts. They were reasonable but to my surprise, the sale is even bigger than I originally thought. Old Navy 1, Mom the BIG winner. This store is a mess and the lines are always crazy long! Today when I was called to the register the cashier (I think her name was Shakira but with an odd spelling) didn't greet me (even though I said "hi" to her) and never said a word to me until she told me my total. After I paid she handed me my bag and receipt. No "thank you" no "have a nice day" no nothing. The management in this store need to make training their employees good customer service a priority. The checkout line always seems to be long and there doesn't seem to be enough cashiers to assist and make the line shorter. It is an organized store the majority of the time, unless there is a sale, ten customers jumble everything up. The sales associates are helpful when you can find one. This store gets zero stars!! Old Navy's super cash program is a joke! You receive the cash almost three months in advanced and then when you thought you could use it your two days late! Was told there is nothing they could do in store and to call 1-800-OLDNAVY and talk to customer relations! So I called and basically there is nothing they could do either and they didn't understand who and why an associate told me that! I also asked to speak to a hire authority and the women on the phone said good luck! Worst service ever! read more

This one will be short and simple after all its old navy. The store is pretty big you have your women, children, and men, and maternity sections. They also carry active wear, foot wear, and accessories. Old navy is knlw for always having some sort of sale both in store and online. Sizes can be hard to find at times so keep that in mind. The price point for me can be hit and miss they have some items that should be marked down due to the quality of it but that's my personal opinion. I will say there is something for everyone there which is a plus. The staff is neither friendly or not, usually the cashiers seem to be friendlier. I personally prefer to shop them online usually the same item is cheaper online, they carry petite sizes (the store rarely has them and usually only in jeans), and you get free shipping if you spend $50. Unfortunately I can't give zero star to them as the minimum requirement is 1 star but i would recommend not to visit this store (Pembroke Gardens) at all. The issue is not with the Old Navy, the collection is good, but the store staff is illiterate. They don't know what they are selling and mind it they will give all good excuses to sell the stuff. I was told that they have a new type of credit card which will behave more like a reward card and will give early access to me to store/online discounts. When I asked whether this is make a hard check on my credit, they replied no. It is a soft check. Not one employee but 4 of them including their manager. And it was a Hard check. This was an unnecessary hard check to my credit history as i was not in need of any credit card. Be-aware...!! They will tell all lies to sell any product. read more

I went shopping for a couple things and when I noticed a discrepancy in the receipt I brought it up to the store manager. When I approached her politely I got the opposite response back. I was told to "calm down" and "relax" and make the line all over again by "Coco" or whatever her name is. On top of terrible customer service the store was a mess. Items were just thrown in the shelves and prices don't match. A new manager is needed or a district manager needs to step up. read more
