I was met with an unfriendly cashier (#3564887). She insinuated I was dishonest about a price match a manager told me was ok. She said "he didn't tell me?" Not sure how that was my fault but throughout the transaction she continued to say things to question my validity. Old Navy is good for basic clothing needs. Plain or one color tees, good selection of jeans, and all your everyday clothes needs. They have great clothes here for kids, and a good selection of sizes. Also, these clothes are durable and can handle what kids dish out. They always seem to be having sales here, and happily a lot of the time a least one thing I am looking for is part of the sale. So yeah, good savings opportunities here. Staff is pretty friendly most of the time, and are pretty good at flashing a smile when they walk by. Sometimes they try to put too much on the floor at one time which can be difficult to navigate if you are getting a lot of stuff or have a stroller you are driving around. I never come in to WA unless I have to and my Mother in law wanted some last minute cheap clothing gifts for kids and typically Old Navy has sales. Frustrating to stand outside to wait to go in (we aren't in warm sunny CA for heavens sake!) and not enough shopping carts. I finally walked back to wait for one as carrying my 10mo-old and a pile of clothing just didn't work. Lady at front was nice, just took time to wipe it down. I probably will stop going to ON now that I've seen a recent commercial with kids and a drag queen. Not something I want my kids brainwashed with or to support. read more

Old Navy consistently has great prices on basic clothing for your whole family! We've recently taken a liking to their children's clothing as it holds up plenty well to the wear and tear of the kiddos prior to them outgrowing it. It's not crazy high quality, but it's cheap! Keep an eye out for sales - when stuff is on sale here, it's some of the best values you can find anywhere. On this particular trip, we snagged a bunch of childrens socks at a smokin price! read more

Its hard, but I would drive to Seattle rather than visit this Old Navy store. 3:30 PM on 6/20/16 Attempted to return a pair of pants that I purchased. I did not try them on when I bought them (my fault). I proceeded to the checkout and informed the woman (brunette) that I would only like to exchange them for a better size. She immediately said "they have been washed." I said "yes they have one once." Her quote was "if you wash pants from Old Navy which these obviously have been its our company policy that we do not take exchanges." Understood. I get that. I attempted to leave and then was told "I cannot throw these away. you have to put them in the trash outside. There is a dumpster right outside our door." So I did what she asked. I took my pants in an Old Navy bag and put them in the dumpster right next to their exit door. As five people were entering they looked amazed and asked why? I did not trash her or the store and just told them "don't try any returns." Two of the five then returned to their car. Very odd conversation and I hope her day gets better. I will not visit this location again and I hope this woman whom I believe was in a managerial position only has a better attitude. She does not enjoy her job or interaction with people in anyway. read more

I have to say that I'm impressed by what they've done with the store and new layout. I haven't been here in a while but, its no longer messy and uninviting to shop at. It seems like they brought back some more 'quality' things again. read more

Few weeks ago I had a terrible experience at old navy I won't go into much details because I already called old navy. The store manager is very disrespectful to customers. Also very messy store makes it hard to look around. We won't rush back any time soon. read more

Old Navy is my go to for tank tops and cute sweaters. That being said, the variety at this store is not as good as some. I find that they frequently have certain sizes out of stock and that their maternity selection is non-existent. If I am in the area I do like to stop in and shop, but otherwise I stick to ordering online. read more

I'm done with Old Navy permanently. We were suckers and signed up for their credit card to get a little discount. After outrageous interest and late fees, tried to get customer service to help view our account online, but they said they couldn't. I'll never step foot in an Old Navy again. read more

I love this place. Old Navy is my go to place during the winter for long sleeve shirts for work. Although I do find that sometimes they are out of certain sizes, but no matter what its still my favorite place to shop. Plus the staff is always helpful and willing to help when needed. read more
