Summertime means time to grab some new $3 flip flops from Old Navy. Also...dog chewing up all of your shoes means time to grab some $3 flip flops from Old Navy. Whatever your situation may be, this Webster Old Navy is here for your flip flop needs and beyond. They DO have more than just flip flops, like jumpsuits and jeans and shorts and kids clothes and dresses and other shoes and headbands. I enjoy the fit of their jeans and bought a new pair of flowy pants to match my quarantine vibe (no hard pants) when I stopped in yesterday. If you're looking for super reasonably priced clothes and accessories with a side of easy social distancing, this is the spot for you. Everyone was masked up and they are taking special care in keeping everything clean and sanitized. read more

I haven't shopped at Old Navy in years, but I was on a mission last week to find a shirt that matched this skirt I had bought. I reluctantly went in, and found something I thought would work. And then I asked the opinion of the woman (whom I believe to be the manager) cashing me out. She was in her glory. She gave me her honest opinion, and then took me around the store looking for something that would work better. You know, that made my day. I found something that matched and it was not at all what I would have picked up. Problem was - it wasn't in my size. So she called over to the Greece store and made sure they had one. This was extremely inconvenient and I had hoped to wash them and start wearing them immediately. I had a busy day and rushed to the store this evening to get this fixed, and unfortunately arrived 10 minutes later than closing. I saw the same worker exiting and asked him if he could help me take out the tags on his way out and he said no, and that I had to come back again. He said sorry as I walked away. I just feel very frustrated that I need to come back a third time when this could've been wholly prevented; the self-check out machine could've informed me to go to an associate to take out the security tags before I left the store, and the security alarm could've gone off as I was leaving! What's the point of a security tag otherwise? I hope that this issue is addressed so it doesn't happen to anybody else.

Totally wish we had more time to look around but we need to get back to Houston where all the warmth and sunshine is.

For those who aren't into vinyl, suffice it to say that the various thrift stores in the Monroe County area differ widely in the way that they price records. VOA & AmVets routinely price records @ 99 cents each. In the Webster Goodwill, prices are usually $1.99 per record, with a few 99 cent slabs peppered in the mix. Oddly enough, the prices for records at the various Goodwills range from 99 cents each in Macedon to $2.99 each in Henrietta & Victor. Which puts this Goodwill (and the one off Bay Road) smack dab in the middle. Now, as a collector, I *will* pay $2.99 for a mint record that I want. And so will any self-respecting buyer. The problem is that there are quite a few platters that won't move at that price... e.g. Jim Nabors, Roger Williams, Ed Ames, Herb Alpert, Dan Fogelberg and various junk records from the 60's and 70's. However, keep digging... for if you do you'll find some gem buried between Firestone Christmas albums and have something to brag about for years to come!

This store is has fallen under such poor management. I've been a long term customer for a while for…read morethe rewards program for dog food. I won't be coming back anymore after all the things I've heard and seen while in the store. For one, the general manager fired a special needs employee who gave years of their life to the company just because they had a personal disagreement. Not because he wasn't good at his job, he seemed to be the most knowledgeable helpful worker there. Not only that but the managers live with her? How is that not inappropriate? Promoting people when they'll live with you seems like a huge major conflict of interest that will fold out poorly. Karma will come for this company, will probably go bankrupt if they continue to run their stores this way. Not only that but Julie the store manager is incredibly fake and not slick about it. I've seen her help other customers and proceed to talk smack about them when they're not so close to her. Other people have ears and eyes, hopefully people can start looking closer at this and how awfully lazy the world has come to, people should earn their jobs and be good at them. We went early saturday morning hoping to beat the rush and the summer heat. Upon arrival we were…read morethe first ones there woohoo then it went downhill. We walked to the patch and it was picked over pretty good. We saw bunch of guys in the field prior to opening to the public and perhaps picked them over pretty good. We stopped by the stand and they had massive strawberries!! We managed to fill our containers (none close to that quality) after awhile but seemed like every 3-4 plants one had a good medium size strawberry, most were tiny with a few rotten bigger ones and eaten/fungus mixed in. Got home and tried a few 'good' ones and they were very watery , not very flavorful. Prices were more than expected (internet research) and for the not so good quality of berries. First time strawberry picking, it looked like decent little farm just wish the berries were better and more plentiful. The ladies were nice. Might try another berry patch next time closer to home.
