Yesterday I bought three blouses and asked a worker if I could use the self check-out or if I…read moreshould get in line for a person to help me. He said I could use the self-check out so I did. Unfortunately, when I got home, I saw that there were magnetic security tags at the bottom sides of the blouses. This was extremely inconvenient and I had hoped to wash them and start wearing them immediately. I had a busy day and rushed to the store this evening to get this fixed, and unfortunately arrived 10 minutes later than closing. I saw the same worker exiting and asked him if he could help me take out the tags on his way out and he said no, and that I had to come back again. He said sorry as I walked away. I just feel very frustrated that I need to come back a third time when this could've been wholly prevented; the self-check out machine could've informed me to go to an associate to take out the security tags before I left the store, and the security alarm could've gone off as I was leaving! What's the point of a security tag otherwise? I hope that this issue is addressed so it doesn't happen to anybody else.

It seems like some of the employees have NO training. Everything is scattered and misplaced, not…read moreonly by customers but the workers seem to have no clue on how to stock the floor. It's insanely hard to shop when nothing is where it's supposed to be. Hopefully management will take their job more seriously and take the time to actually train their new hires.

Haven't visited this tjmaxx since it first opened years ago. My son and I came in while in town…read morevisiting. We didn't have a TON of time to look around (which is usually one of my favorite things to do). My reason to come in was to get a couple small gifts to bring home. The toy section at this TJMAXX was super small but we were able to find what we needed. The lady at the register was WONDERFUL. She engaged in conversation and wasn't just a robot. It was refreshing. Totally wish we had more time to look around but we need to get back to Houston where all the warmth and sunshine is.
