Earlier in the day I was at a meeting where they brought in lunch and I had the Fresh Greens salad with raspberry vinaigrette dressing / it was so good!! It had spinach, chicken pieces, cheese, sliced almonds, mandarin oranges and green olives - I love green olives. All in all I highly recommend.

Anyway, I ordered at @5:50 pm and was told that the pizza would arrive in about an hour, give or take. At 7:15, the pizza had not arrived, so I called to ask about the delay. I was told, with apologies, that they were very busy and only had two drivers, but it should only be another 20-25 minutes. 40 minutes later the pizza still had not arrived. I was getting ready to call again when the driver pulled up. Now, I have no issues with the person who fielded my calls nor with the driver - they were both pleasant, courteous young women who were as helpful as possible under the circumstances. My issue is with a management who, knowing it was their busiest night, didn't provide adequate staff. This is an unacceptable level of managerial ineptitude. So basically, good food, excellent staff, inept management.

Bash's - New to town and WOW the crust tastes homemade and has the slightest crisp to it. Ordered a few many times now and I'll definitely be back!

The decor is not your normal restaurant; it is fun and interesting. The staff is kind and attentive. I had a lemon drop martini to start, and it was delicious. We had the Italian Chips and Queso to start. I really liked the first bite, but it just wasn't for me. I had the chicken Parmesan as a main course, and it was delicious. It was way too much food, and it was great the next day. For dessert, we ordered cannolis. They were so good! The bottles of wine were affordable for a restaurant; we are talking bottles starting at $29. It is worth the drive to Ft. Lupton to check this place out.

A majority of the audience played a part into the "whodunnit" event that was a little chaotic at times. The quirky plot and high energy cast (duo) kept everyone engaged and entertained. There were quite a few random moments and some off the wall characters (a world champion beaver wrestler?) but it truly made for a fun and memorable night. Really excited for future events and stoked about the restaurant's expansion (planning for a Spring '26 debut). By the way, Erik is fantastic at his craft....the Death by Chocolate Gelato was truly to die for. Amazingly deee-lish!
