    Chicken parm sandwich

This restaurant was fun. We loved the ambiance. Our server was friendly and attentive. The chicken parm sandwich was as crispy and delicious. My husband was happy to see a vegetarian version of the nachos (ie not immediately adding meat). My daughter liked her kids meal and was happy for the surprise cookies. We liked the arcade too. The draft beer options were great.

Pumphouse has a huge menu, they fresh grind their beef for their burgers, their beer is really good, and the atmosphere has multiple options. The have a large sports bar area, a more traditional seated section, and a outdoor patio. The service was friendly and attentive. The waiter help explain their beer and food options and the DBL IPA was fantastic. For a Brewery Restaurant they checked all the marks.

This place must print money -- they turn seats constantly and there are often lines out the door, and for good reason. Huge selection of Pump House seasonal and flagship beers plus rotating guest taps from local breweries. Food comes out fast and the portions are massive (I had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and veggies -- comfort-food perfection). Great dog-friendly patio for nice days, and even at busy times we've never waited more than 15 minutes for a table. Friendly staff, solid beer selection, and reliably delicious, generous food -- a must-visit in Longmont.

Everytime we passed this restaurant it's packed-inside and outside. When we finally went in we knew why. They have a very large menu with something for everyone. Their beer selection is one of the biggest I've seen around. I'm not usually a burger person but I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. It wasn't like a sloppy greasy burger. It was tender and delicious with so much flavor. The service was great and we've been back since that first time. I would highly recommend this place to bring out of town visitors too as the menu is so varied.

So so good! Pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. Portions are definitely shareable. Yum! **Jalapeño Brisket Roll - Crunchy, juicy, packed with brisket! So good. The cheese and sauce for sure takes it over the top. Must try! The calamari sauce is so goooood! The sweet and citrus really was addicting Cocktails were pretty good. Cute idea to have shooters on the menu. Fun vibe!

Stopped in here for lunch while on vacation. Excellent service. We ate and drank outside and it was quite enjoyable. I didn't go inside so I can't speak to what the inside is like but it looked like it could be fun. Very good beer selection. Service was attentive and paced well. Broad menu selection with good sized portions. I highly recommend the Turkey Avocado Melt.

This was my third brewery, within walking distance of each other, in Longmont. Pumphouse is clearly a restaurant too, but I did not have a chance to peruse a menu. I sat at the bar and tried a couple of beers. Nothing really blew me away, but the IPA was rather tasty. I did score a sticker, so thank you for that.

We were in a big group of 17 people and our server did a fantastic job making sure we had everything. I had the beer cheese soup as a starter, I highly recommend it! The friend pickles were good, I wish they were a big thicker. The buffalo chicken wrap was really good, I ate the other half for breakfast :) The fries were just ok, they needed to be more crispy and needed more seasoning.

Sliced side view of the Muenster Pretzel Impossible Burger - heaven!

What a great experience. I love to visit Longmont, and have some favorites, but wanted to try something new on this visit. The Pumphouse was pumping on this nice Sunday afternoon - nearly every table full, inside and out, air buzzing with laughter and convos, and the vibe was very relaxed. Greeting from the hostess was friendly and seating was quick with a quick visit from our server to place drink orders. Seeing an homage to my favorite east coast brew, Yuengling, on the menu made this an obvious and easy choice. Very nicely done and I brought a 32 oz bottle home - speaking of - fantastic price for this and of course, refills are available - win-win for me! Side note: I drank this the following day and it was still crisp and fresh. I bypassed any appetizers, because I had my mouth set on a burger and fries and could see other diners' plates to know that would be more than I needed. The appetizer menu, however, was massive with 15 options - including one I want to try another day - Street Corn Dip & Chips. And then there is the burger menu - 15 more options here! As a vegetarian, I love that there is a unique in-house veg burger made with Sweet Potato and Cauliflower, AND that an Impossible patty can be subbed on any of the burgers. The veg patties sounded great but, the Muenster Pretzel was calling my name - being able to sub out the burger for an Impossible patty and skipping the bacon is very much appreciated as it opens up more of the menu to me. The burger was delicious, cooked so well, and huge - I mean, just look at the photos! - 1/2 of it came home with me! It was full of melty Muenster cheese, the caramelized onions amply covering the entire patty and thickly, and the beer mustard and roasted garlic mayo with the tomato and lettuce on a nicely buttered pretzel bun all melded together into delicious bite after bite. The fries were outstanding as well, soft but with a lightly crispy outside and for me, well seasoned. The menu in total is really impressive with so much to choose from - from the salads, to the multiple soup options (who does more than 2 any more? Pumphouse does! 5 to be exact! And- a veg Green Chile option - kudos guys! This makes me happy! and then there is the dessert menu - 6 choices from Mud Pie, Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie (last time I had one of those was in Chicago!), Cheesecake, Crème Brûlée, Key Lime Pie and Brownie Sundae - if I had room to enjoy one, the hardest part would be in choosing one. The brew, cocktail, and wine menu was also very well stacked with their own beers as well as other options. Service was great - fast, friendly, and made me feel like a local. Honestly, can't wait to get back for more. I also bought a logo pint glass after seeing this was a heavy duty glass that will stand up to my abuse and not break after a few uses - also, great price at $5. Really recommend giving this spot a try when you are in the area. Laid back atmosphere with well crafted food, drinks, and friendly staff makes for a great experience.

I was a little irritated, as it was slightly breezy, but I got over that quick once I tried the food. We had the steak frites, the Thai pork tacos, an old fashioned, and the chocolate decadence for dessert. The steak frites were great- the truffle fries were seasoned with garlic, and served with a great cream sauce. The steak was perfectly cooked rare. Super tender. But the tacos absolutely stole the show. Sweet and spicy with a touch of crunch, and the potato fries were stellar too! The old fashioned really let the whiskey shine, with just a touch of citrus. I think I would try a different dessert though- the decadence was good but didn't quite live up to the tacos. The interior was decorated very cute- mid century modern mixed with plants and some neon signs that said cute things. Our server was excellent- very friendly and on top of it. Overall, I would unquestionably come back next time I am in the area, and suggest you go there too. It's totally worth it.

Collision's offerings looked promising. Dining near the bar was full, so we got a whole room with windows aplenty to ourselves. Our waiter modeled good service. He greeted us quickly, brought waters before I could pick a beer, and quickly returned with my suds and took our order. We strolled down a hallway to the restrooms, passing games in the cool blue light. The bathroom was clean. Urinals are half kegs. I cracked up, then explained them to him. The expansive menu looks surprisingly diverse. I could have had pierogies, birria tacos, chicken fettuccine, PB & J, or one of the selections of burgers and sandwiches. I chose the French Dip on Asiago bread with a cup of green Chile. I could only eat half a sandwich, but knew leftovers would be gone by morning. This was one of the better French Dips I have had in a while. Green Chile? I came here from New Mexico and am not often impressed. This stuff was truly hot and had great flavor. Win win. The kids' steak plate has to be one of the best values I have seen eating out in Colorado. $10.95 w side. It stood out and did not disappoint. One of them was more well-done than medium rare, but stayed tender. Great seasoning. Beer: I l checked ratings, finding their highest-rated brew, GTA, a barrel-aged rye stout that definitely exceeded expectations. I agree with the high ratings. Shout out to our server for letting an adult who wasn't very hungry grab a kids' steak. Shout out to the prices, which would provide value even with lesser food. My sandwich came at a 2019-20 Denver price, at least $5 less than equally good comps in 2025. 4.5 stars round up to five. Recommended.

This location has a drive thru - which is clutch when you have kids. Overall I didn't really enjoy our food but that was more to be said about Freddy's as a chain than this particular location. In the future I'll just go to Culver's or now they have In&Out in Denver now!
