I received written permission by text to mount my TV and pictures using screws, and I patched the holes before moving out. What concerns me most is that photos were taken to document the property's condition before my lease ended, while I was still cleaning and moving out. I finished cleaning and returned the home, including the garage door remotes, on the final day of my lease, yet I was later told the remotes were missing. I was also charged around 400 dollars for carpet cleaning, despite the lease stating the carpets are cleaned between tenants. Combined with the loss of a significant portion of my security deposit 2,695 for walls that were cleaned and patched, these charges did not feel fair, based on the condition in which I returned the home. I'd encourage future renters to document everything, in detail. And, maybe think twice about renting through this company." RCW 59.18.260 -- Security deposits and ordinary wear from normal use "No such deposit shall be withheld on account of wear resulting from ordinary use of the premises." Just be careful with Lindsey Montoya Mozeika very shady person if you ask me, I just got blocked also because why? I was standing up for myself! I encourage anybody and everybody else to do the same don't let these crooks get you! Make sure you take photos document properly and get yourself a good lawyer like me! Im getting a good one!

Installed our "propane" set up for natural gas and almost burned our house down. 15 months after purchase, they still have not repaired or replaced the fireplace. Driveway was poured at an angle that drain INTO the garage. Pitiful paint job, had to repaint the entire house before moving in! Roof drains filled with concrete, broken windows (from construction) not repaired for over a year. Cracked tiles, wood floors lifting up...it never stops. Leaking fitting on backflow device washed out $5,000 worth of brand new landscaping we just paid for. They said, yeah, we don't warranty irrigation or landscaping. Nails in trim shot right through water lines, broken drain pipe on bathtub leaked into ceiling, I could go on. Our development is 28 homes. EVERY one of them has the same option of VL. No one is satisfied. Multiple homes have had downstairs floods, many septic system issues, electrical issues. They hire really low end subcontractors and don't manage them. If you buy from them, you will regret it! Our next door neighbor had over 125 items on their punch list when moving in.

Then they sent another with a congratulations and a reiteration of the prior email, including address/driving directions etc. We signed with Jordyn and it could not have been easier. I didnt know what to expect but i'd say we were in and out in less than an hour. We did have to go in for the final signatures, they did not send someone out like i've heard with other companies do. It would be nice, but was not an issue.

I am in the process of buying a house, and unfortunately the sellers are using Fidelity. They sent…read moredocuments to our email, and are basically like "good luck figuring it out." Although my buyer's agent gave us definitions of what each item could mean, we wanted more information about the specific Title that was sent by Fidelity. I first contacted the person who was listed on the Purchase Sale Agreement. Kim, responded that she dealt with escrow and recommended that I try and find a Title officer to speak to. Good service would be for Kim to give me a specific contact, and a number/email to reach them at, or even a step further, contact them herself, and ask them to reach out to me. So I ended up just calling the general number and being transferred to a loan officer named Carlos. When I asked for help understanding the document that his company developed, he tried to refer me back to my agent and said that agents should help us understand the document. However, Kim herself (Fidelity employee and escrow agent) told me to contact the Title dept directly for help understanding the info. To me, Carlos acted bothered by my request, so I asked to speak to someone else. Ryan, another officer got on the phone, and helped me. I should not have had to go through all of this, and so if I ever need a Title company, I would never ever ever choose this one. Their customer service is lacking.
