One morning, we found our garage door erroring and jammed. I called and spoke with David about our…read moreissue. He quickly identified the issue, a broken spring. I texted our info and said they would be able to get a technician out the next day. Amazingly, Jeremy called same day, saying he could come over. He was super friendly and helpful. He confirmed the issue but unfortunately didn't have the correct model in parts to replace it. While he was there, he offered to help us get the door manually opened to get our cars out. He reassured us that he would be heading of Sacramento for the holiday weekend and would pick up the parts he needed. He also mentioned he would give us tips on how we could take care of lubricating the garage door and joints to keep it maintained. Devon returned after the holiday weekend and quickly replaced the spring and made adjustments to the tracks and checked the bolts. Took him half an hour to get the repair and maintenance done. Walked me through where I would need to lubricate if I wanted to take care of it myself in the future. Asked to put us on their reminder schedule for next year's maintenance.
