So, in the past two years, my truck has been involved in two separate wrecks. Both times it was on the passenger side of the truck. Preferred was quick to make me an appointment to get an estimate both times, and they dealt alot with the Insurance company, got the quote in a rapid fashion, and performed the repair work in a quick manner while keeping me informed every other day, at least. The repairs both times were amazing. It's like nothing has ever happened to the truck. They are nice, helpful, and knowledgeable people, there. Hi, I have needed auto body work done here twice once after a major collision where someone ran a red light and turned left right into my GNC SUV at high speed. I didn't think it was salvageable but they repaired it perfectly. They constantly updated me in regards to necessary parts being received and gave an accurate estimate to how much time would be needed. I got my car back in a much shorter time window than expected especially now that parts are so hard to come by. When I came to pick up my car, they had photos on their computer of all the before and after work they'd done to restore it so beautifully. I took my 2002 Ford Ranger truck in to see what it would cost to have the whole front end of the truck painted. The rep came out looked at the truck and told me I was better off going to his regular paint shop since I had no collision damage. I asked him if he was interested in doing the job, he said I will do the job I just don't want to take money that you don't need to spend. Love these guys. They fixed our fender bender so it looks just like new. Administratively they handled all the State Farm paperwork which was terrific. Preferred Auto Body was recommended to me by a friend so I thought I'd try them out. I'm so apprciative of the recommendation because their work was impeccable. My friend accidentally ran in to my back bumper with my own jet ski unloading it in to the lake. I now have the most beautiful bumper in town with a perfectly matching color. Needed to have collision repair done. Preferred is an approved facility for State Farm, so they handled everything (approval, documentation). They were very efficient at providing a very detailed estimate (I like to contain costs even if I'm not paying). They were very patient at explaining things, answering my questions and telling me what they didn't know until they inspected things. The repairs were expensive (more than the estimate) but of excellent quality. I couldn't tell there was ever any damage. Repairs were done on time. For comparison, I also went to another shop who didn't/couldn't provide an estimate of repairs. I'd use Preferred again. In fact I'd prefer to. ;-) read more

I work for State Farm and we use Gary and Preferred Auto Body very regularly, so when I had a minor issue with my car I figured I should go there. I showed up without an appointment and was taken care of instantly. I had barely waited 10 minutes and my car was ready to go. They are so great there and really know what they are doing. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing anything taken care of for their car. I took my truck here to get a new bumper and my rear quarter panel fixed ended up costing me $1,500. When they removed tow package they installed it incorrectly and mounted my bumper an inch too low so I was unable to tow with my vehicle when I called they told me that was impossible and would not fix it and then the Bondo patch and paint work they did on the back quarter panel they didn't even finish the clear coat left traces of Bondo all over unpainted and refused to fix as well this is definitely a company I would not suggest to take your car to as I will never refer anybody to them read more
