When asked why she didn't have an answer. Called manager and she continually put me on hold. Complete waste of time 2. They have canceled classes 2 times for quality issues with the pool water. 3. Management have very entry level management skills. They come off like they don't care and are over worked. However when you go in they are usually sitting around with each other chatting. Find either another swim school or a different location. We would NOT recommend this location. When we requested to cancel they said they would not cancel until an additional 30 days from notice. Each child has his or her progress card that the instructor marks on, indicating certain goals that the teacher makes sure the student is progressing each lesson. This location had lessons in the morning and early afternoon, not just after school times, so we were able to get in a class that met our scheduling needs better AND was not with the after school crowd. And finally, you can cancel your lesson even a minute prior to the start time and receive a makeup lesson credit that you can use ANYtime!
