Contacted WDepofRevenue and they gave me the statute #. I forwarded this to Mike then he admitted I was due a refund and he would get it off to me.It has been over 3 months and 3 contacts later and still no refund. They arrived promptly and it was impressive the difference in the air quality once they completed the work. We added on the dryer vent cleaning for a minimal fee and that was great peace-of-mind. It's pretty impressive to see the truck with the hoses and raised balloons cleaning the air ducts and the neighbors were glued to their windows to see how it was going.
