He was attentive and friendly, and his knowledge on not only Toronto, but Canada, and many other places/topics was endless and incredible! We were lucky to have him as our tour guide. He gave our group great recommendations and answered all of our questions. He was a very safe driver and was kind and helpful to the entire group. The trip itself was fantastic, the Niagara Falls view was breathtaking and magical. The amount of time at the Falls was perfect and gave us plenty of time to walk around the mall area and also view the Falls multiple times. We caught our tour bus from Toronto to Niagra Falls (a 90-minute drive), ate lunch, saw the falls from our boat (The Maid of the Mist), spent an hour in town (which was very nice), went to the teaching winery (where I found my new favorite wine-Ice Wine), then came back to Toronto. David (our tour guide) was first rate. He made the time fly by with his knowledge of the history of Toronto, Niagra, and Canda in general. And Brian (our driver) was a master at getting us through the Toronto traffic to and from the falls. One heads up...the stairs down into the main seating area are extremely steep. It's only a few, and the railings are sturdy, but for someone with balance or mobility challenges this could be hard. It might be worth calling ahead to see if space on the small back upper level is prioritized for those who can't navigate the stairs.

a Graffiti tour downtown? heck yeah I'm in! got to take a 2…read morehour Graffiti tour on the queen west neighborhood, and it was outstanding. our guide went through the different portions of the neighborhood and even had us walk through a good section of the famous graffiti alley. the guide also spoke with great passion about the history of graffiti throughout the last couple of decades, what to look out for, and also showed us a really cool hidden wall where the bricks are deteriorating due to all of the graffiti removal over the decades, the brick is physically missing due to this. really a top notch tour. be sure if you go on one of this tours to give the guide a donation at the end, as this not expected, but it is the right thing to do. a great way to kill a couple of hours downtown! would do it again!

From start to finish, this was an extremely professional and well-organized experience. The tour guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and kept everything moving smoothly throughout the day. One of the best parts is how convenient the pickup system is -- they have pickup locations near all the major hotels in Toronto, which makes the whole process incredibly easy for travelers. There are several add-on options for the tour, and I highly recommend three of them: 1. The boat ride into the falls 2. Journey Behind the Falls 3. The helicopter ride The helicopter ride especially is one of those "you only live once" experiences. If it's outside your budget, though, the boat ride and Behind the Falls are still more than enough to make for an amazing full day. One thing I'd personally skip is the tower stop. The views are fine, but honestly the tower in Toronto is much better. Now for the one major warning: the cancellation and rescheduling policy is brutal. Even if your flight is delayed or canceled and you provide proof, you are still out the full amount. No refund, no reschedule, no flexibility. We learned this the hard way after our flight got badly delayed. I contacted them hoping to move our booking to the next day and basically got told, "good luck and goodbye." That said... the story has a happy ending. We ended up sprinting through the airport, grabbing a taxi directly from the terminal to the pickup location, and arrived at 8:03 for an 8:00 AM pickup. I had been communicating with them during the chaos and they agreed to hold the bus for five minutes. We used three of those five minutes like it was the final scene of an action movie... but we made it. In the end, I absolutely recommend this tour. Just book carefully, maybe avoid scheduling it immediately after your arrival flight, or get travel insurance for peace of mind. If you plan ahead, you're going to have an incredible time with a professional, organized tour company at Niagara Falls.
