Paid almost $40 for bowling shoes--and they smelled. We came as a group of 10, and the experience just kept getting worse. The food was terrible, and they would only let us buy two pitchers of beer for the whole group. Staff kept coming over to "check" on us like we were kids .we are over 50 yrs old, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Service was slow and unhelpful, and to top it off, our lane kept getting stuck. We lost about 20 minutes out of our 3-hour session because of it. Overall, really disappointing experience. So 2 years later an update. The new seats they put in are already torn. The backs of many of the seats are falling off. The men's room next to the arcade still doesn't have a left side working soap pump. The men's stall still slides off the side of the toilet. I have complained several times to no avail. Maybe a complaint here can fix these problems. read more

We really loved going here all the time but recently the times we go the bartenders at the bar/billiards area are getting too lazy and have bad attitudes makes our family and friends not want to go no more. Francisco the bartender is really rude, slow, always texting on his phone while we are trying to order, no need for such attitude. We will no longer be coming out here as it ruins the vibe/night. Hopefully bowlero fixes this issue as it is a cool hangout spot. read more

My work team had an awesome experience bowling at this Bowlero! The lanes were easy to use and the computer made us pretty self-sufficient when it came to setting up bumpers and things like that. The establishment was clean, the employees were attentive, our food and drinks came out on time and were decent! This place was very nice but upon arriving at the bar to get drinks we were given the worst customer service ever. The bar tender was a Mexican man that had the worst attitude. Anytime we asked for drinks he huffed and walked off and when we were asking about the menu he just rolled his eyes as if it was a bother. We stopped at the bar twice and on both occasions he had the same sour attitude. Our family had a great time bowling but the experience at the bar alone left a not so great taste in our mouth. read more

Birthday Bowling Attended a birthday party for my friends daughter (11). I am not a bowler however I had a really enjoyable time. The staff were very inviting, and made it felt like a fun place to be. We ordered pizza, sampler plate, and garlic fries. Everything was made fresh to order, served pipping hot, and tasty. The Manager even came over to check on us a few times. Very fun family fun center to visit. . Bowling lanes a pretty beat up and uneven. Bowling balls don't roll down the lane smoothly they start skipping. Lane computer control very old and system is outdated. Bowling lanes need some TLC. Arcade area is great and very updated. Not a place I would come back even if it was free to bowl. read more

BEWARE we went bowling there on 11/17. Tipped our server GENEROUSLY in cash. Went back to the bar window to buy another beer and the bartender took it upon himself to add a 29% tip to our total without our knowledge. Only discovered after the fact on the credit card statement. Management would not do anything about it. Was it really worth losing customers over this horrible business practice?? Not a bad bowling alley. Way more expensive than I remember we played two games for two adults and two kids came about 80 bucks. Maybe that's normal I could have sworn bowling was cheaper. We brought our young daughters to play.... $10 per game (we wanted two games) and $6 for shoes seemed steep for a group of 5...however once we were on our lane we were told we couldn't use the size 6 ball because their machines couldn't handle it. We couldn't have bumpers for one player. It was all or nothing and then to top it all off the servers were just "too busy" to service our lane. Absolutely disappointed and would never recommend it. Great Bowling alley. Recently renovated and you can tell they care that you have a good time! Beautiful inside and the bar is huge. Lots of pool tables and games. Big screen projectors in front of the lanes so you don't miss any sports action. We would definitely come back. So, I hate to write bad reviews but this place is a joke. First of all Area is so dirty smells so gross inside and I actually saw throw up outside. Well that's not the bad part. First I requested two lanes because we were a group of 8 but the young man working front desk told me I couldn't do that. So I just paid for one. Obviously there is no seating in just one lane for just a big group. So I complained to a lady and she said we could. So after an hour there we were assigned two lanes. We played one game and starting the second the balls kept on getting stuck. So I would go let them know and they told me it would take a couple minutes turned out like 20. Then it happened again where neither lanes we had were working. Again I asked for help. And didn't get any... Sat there for another 30 minutes and I just asked for my money back. Paid about $70 in shoes just to play one game and waste another hour upset we couldn't play. Ridiculous. Lady in front gave me a coupon for next time we returned. I just tossed the coupon. Surprised they don't have more stars, we had a blast here! Went on a Saturday around 5pm, no wait, tons of lanes open. We had an open tab where they would charge us for the number of games played once we checked out. We ended up stopping in the middle of our second game (our kids 6 and 2 were fading) and they were nice enough to not even charge us for the second game. We got the appetizer sampler and it was great, better than standard bowling alley food. The place was clean and my kids had a lot of fun in the arcade as well. They had a good variety of drink choices. Maybe don't get the water though. The tap is harsh coming from CA though so I may be overly picky on that. Zero stars! This place is shady. Be careful when you check out and check your receipts! They say they allow you to pay per person after your game, but when you go check out they try to charge you for everyone in your lane. Some individuals in our lane had already paid for themselves, but forced us to pay for them again. When we brought it up they said "it doesn't matter if they already paid . you have to pay for everyone in your lane. It shows you had X people" ..We had to go to the manger to get the other person their refund and the manger was full of attitude for THEIR mistake. No empathy or apology was provided either . I was blown away by our entire experience at Bowlero!!! Our daughter wanted to go bowling for her birthday, I looked at other "popular" locations and they were over priced with less options. My booking experience was easy with excellent communication with the booking agent via email. When I arrived at Bowlero, Junior helped me unload, he escorted me to our lanes that already had the food table set up and decorated!! Junior listened to our requests (including my husbands football request on the TV) he helped every single guest from shoe selection to ensuring their needs were met. Everyone knew him by name by the end of the party! Junior was attentive, upbeat and truly a gift! The food was hot, and right on time when we requested it! I can't say enough how far our expectations were exceeded! If I could give 0 stars I would, ordered a pitcher of beer to celebrate 2 newly 21 yr olds had the IDs checked by bartender no issues being that it was within the 1 month for both of them. About halfway through our frames and pitcher the manager comes to check IDs again then claiming the 21 yr olds can't be drinking and takes the rest of their drinks claiming we put them in a situation. Still we stayed, played our 10 frames and waited for a pizza to never arrive after an hour we paid our overpriced game and left. I bowl in a league at this place for going on 6 years. The renovation does not look anything like these photos and I have been pretty vocal to management that their renovation is generally lipstick on a pig stuff. I like the lane condition and the equipment operates pretty reliably and I like that it is not dark and loud all the time. (Call me old school-guilty.) read more

We've been league bowling here for 3 years. Until covid hit these lanes were a 3. Bathrooms are disgusting and food service was just passable. After covid and after new management came in is when it really dropped. All the food is now fried. The bathrooms are still terrible. We use to come practice at 1pm but now they open at 4. Get a hold of your mole rat looking manager, he had the audacity to tell me that the dmv lied to me and 21 year olds who are within the one month period can't use their vertical IDS, shaking in his boots when he took their drinks because he knew I was pissed. It's one thing to say 'as a business we don't accept verticals IDS', but don't sit here and lie to me with 'in the state of arizona' bs, half of our party works in bars we know all about liquor licenses!!! This center has really changed for the better! The leagues feel friendlier than ever, and the food feels pretty fresh and tasty. Everyone there feels like they love working there, and the manager heather feels like a force of nature durning my league! This place is great! The reviews had me a little apprehensive, but the only thing that stood out was the price of food. The food was expensive, but otherwise we had a blast! I brought a group of 4 teenage girls and we played for 2 hours. We had a blast. The staff was nice and the place was clean. We got there on a Tuesday at 5pm before the rush.
