It was a large patty--1/2 lb., though you can get a 3/4 pounder if you're really hungry. Onions were well carmelized. The housemade chips were also great, crisped but not burnt. Flemming's prices, not quite Golden Corral quality and selection. I get it was a holiday, but come on now! I've paid less for high end buffets at casinos.
