SO and I enjoyed the tour, which lasted about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Cajun, our driver, provided an informative and humorous narration along the way. We definitely recommend it.

We did this tour with "Davy Jones" as the trolley driver. He was hilarious and kept it moving. It was a lot of fun to just ride and listen to the different facts about the city and everything.

We had the most amazing day with all of our drivers. Our son is handicap and wheelchair bond, there were plenty of encounters that things appeared to be difficult and EVERYONE was amazing. Shout out especially to Jersey, she did nothing but make us feel welcome and a priority with our son. Jersey went out of her way to make sure we were picked up and assisted quickly and kindly. Her attitude is fantastic and our whole family was in love. The dispatcher, Cajun, was another amazing person of assistance. We also encountered Summer as someone who assisted us getting him off a lift and then also was fantastic later on as a driver of ours. Hilary was another great help as she coordinated a shuttle to pick us up at one point to get us to a stop faster.

Had a great experience with Summer on this hop on hop off tour experience. Summer was knowledgeable about the history of the city and she kept the tour interesting with her wise array of jokes. Definitely recommend this tour for anyone visiting the area.

I found your trolley system to be a complete rip off!!! It was always full there were a lot of other visitors on it whom thought it was FREE?!?! Highly disappointed when I paid $260+ for 6 of us and we could only get on 2x!!!! All the other times it was completely full because having a little sticker on did NOTHING!! I assumed that since you had a QR coding system, that you'd have to scan each time to be able to get on! It wasn't even a "busy" day or time or special event, it was 45° and we had to walk all the way back to Trolley parking lot from center of town! I left a survey with them that they had asked for and it's been crickets..... Highly disappointing Old Town Trolley Tours!

This was an incredible deal. We rode with, Dave, Kevin, Davey Jones. We went through the same spots a few times and each time still learned something new. It's great that each guide tells the story's a bit different, felt like I still had to pay attention! They come every 10-15 minutes or so. Got to see all the spots. Will def be using this service again next time we come.

As Tampa residents and natives, with an adult kid living in Jacksonville, we find ourselves in St Augustine at least once a year. But we'd never done any kind of tour. On the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend this year, our son & DIL drove down to meet us for a late breakfast and we decided to take the Old Town Trolley Tour. As it was a very last-minute decision, we bought tickets in person, though we could have saved a few bucks if we had bought online before arriving. We did have to wait in line a few minutes to buy our tickets but it didn't seem slow enough that we missed a trolley. Seating on the next one was easy. Once in line at the depot to board, the wait was brief as we were directed where to sit. The open-air trolley was quite pleasant while moving, even in late August. But there's traffic & lots of stopping, and the sun is brutal. Know the weather for your ride & be prepared. We rode from the Old Jail (where we bought our tickets) to the San Sebastian Winery stop. I wish I'd noted the name of the guide on the first leg of our trip because he was outstanding. He spoke clearly and was incredibly informative as well as very friendly. I believe he mentioned that he'd retired from the military a few years ago and was now thoroughly enjoying driving for Old Town Trolley. When we were ready to board the trolley again at the San Sebastion Winery stop, we found many others also crowded at the curb. And the arriving trolley was already rather full. So we stepped back & waited for the next trolley. The wait was short, though, as I barely had time to use the adjacent restroom. As it was getting late in the day, and the kids needed to drive back to Jacksonville, we decided to ride back to our starting point. But as regular St Augustine visitors, we were really enjoying the history & stories and hoped to hear more. Unfortunately the guide on this leg of our trip spoke loudly into the mic which made him difficult to understand. Plus, the fellow passengers seemed a bit more rowdy than earlier in the day so the crowd noise was elevated. I enjoyed this trolley tour so much! I'd definitely do it again! Remember my tip to order tickets online before arrival. They offer plenty of free parking at the Old Jail. And don't skip viewing the historical museum exhibits adjacent to the gift shop (free with trolley ticket).

Great way to get around town and also learn a bit of history. This little ride came in handy on a rainy Sunday at the end of March. Drivers were entertaining and friendly. Although I think $42 is a bit pricey, it is a good 1.5 hour tour or you can hop on and off till 5. And parking was free in a town where parking is super expensive. I highly recommend.

Soon as we arrived in St. Augustine, we went on our trolley ride. It helped us acquaint ourselves with this very charming little city with a rich history. St. Augustine is the oldest city in the United States with lots of interesting things to see from one end of the town to the other end. Our tour driver was funny and informative with great tales at each stop. You will not be bored. You are able to get great pictures at every site. The seats are comfortable and can seat 4 adults in each row. The staff in their Welcome store are very nice and helpful with questions. There are benches available while you wait for the trolley to arrive. Those with bad knees or bad back should ask for assistance to climb up into the trolley. They have sturdy step stools and a strong attendant to give you a helping hand literally. I appreciated that very much. We also took the Old Town Trolley Nights of Lights evening tour, which was fabulous!

We rode with Deb and she was great!! The trolley was packed the entire round because she was so good!

We visited multiple local spots to try delicious wines with charcuterie and cheesecake pairings! It was delicious as well as exciting to see hidden gems in the city. Our group of seven ladies recently booked a wine tasting tour with Serendipity Wine Tasting Tours…read morein St. Augustine, FL. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations, especially considering that each person paid $75. One of our biggest concerns was that we were given a fixed menu that was not disclosed to us at the time of booking. We expected more variety and flexibility with the food and wine selections. We also visited only two locations, which felt limited for a wine tasting tour. Our final stop was a wine shop where more than 15 people were expected to share one charcuterie board and one bottle of wine. For the number of people in attendance, the food and wine provided seemed insufficient. Another disappointment was the lack of historical information about St. Augustine. Since this was the first visit to St. Augustine for several people in our group, we were really looking forward to learning about the city's history and seeing the experience through the eyes of someone familiar with the area. Unfortunately, little to no history or background about St. Augustine was shared during the tour. There was also very little interaction with the chauffeur throughout the experience. Jenna was pleasant and courteous, but she did not interact much with our group or provide the level of engagement we expected from a tour guide/chauffeur. The tour itself was approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, which also felt short considering the $75-per-person price and what we expected the experience to include. Overall, the tour felt underwhelming in terms of value, variety, interaction, food, and the overall experience. I would recommend that Serendipity be much more transparent about the menu, itinerary at the time of booking and consider providing more food and wine, additional stops, historical information, in addition to adding fans to the electric vehicles to keep guests cool in the Florida heat. Unfortunately, based on our group's experience, we would not book this tour again.
