We had a last minute change to our move-in day due to an issue with loan closing documents and were extremely stressed to have to look for movers with less than 48 hour notice and for such a big move with 2 young children to think about. Steve responded quickly and was able to accommodate my request for a Saturday morning move. His team was efficient, kind, and so careful with all of our items. I am so grateful for them!!!…read more I tried for a few weeks to move things by myself, but it was so hard with work and a kid and then doing other family stuff in the SF bay area. Then I got sick with kidney stones that forced me to rest. I decided I needed help and called the owner. He sent 3 employees who came to my old apartment in South Natomas. I've never used movers before, so I stacked all my heavy, heavy bins, one large book case/shelf, my queen mattress, lots of clothing, my dresser I've had for 20+ years, my son's tiny dresser, and other miscellaneous items. They were very thoughtful and communicative. I felt so bad knowing that they arrived to the new townhouse apartment that is 3 floors inside and they managed through heavy and light to carry everything up and down. Truly, I am grateful for the 3 that came today. They even kept light spirits with jokes with 4th and 5th floors! They were also courteous and took photos of any bumps in the home prior to loading. The apartment townhouse did have a small chip from the paint prior moving in. If I move within the state again locally, I will definitely request their services. Also, I paid via Venmo. They accept multiple types of payments. My goal is to move one county over into El Dorado County. Highly recommend!!!

What did get moved was handled carefully, packed in their truck so none of it shifted and off loaded into a mobile home up a flight of stairs no complaints. They were fast and moved three generations of property in the gentlest manner, some of the pieces are antique, which is appreciated. They spent about 3 hours and though neither my hubby nor I remember exactly, think it cost $90-100. If we moved again we would use them.

Nicole and her husband are amazing and seem to really care about the company taking care of their customers. I scheduled a move fairly close to my move date and they were able to come out same day for a quote. The quote was very competitive and came with a large trailer. The day before the move she called to let me know something was preventing the trailer from getting to us but that they'd provide two trucks (more room) no charge instead. The crew was very friendly and efficient. They wrapped our items well as promised, packed the truck thoughtfully, and worked hard. They showed up on time and delivered on time. This move was incredibly stressful for my family for a number of reasons, but Tetris made it 10x easier and I'm so grateful for that! Thank you!!

I…read morehired 3 movers and when they arrived, the main guy (Eric) convinced me to hire a 4th mover because it would help them finish sooner. He even tried to upcharge me for the 4th mover but luckily I saved the quote that Alex gave me. Well it took 11.5 hours (not including their lunch break) with 4 movers and they still didn't move everything. We just had to stop the time because it was getting so late. 3 of the guys were nice and they did most of the work, but Eric was a bit pushy and was always on his phone or going on a break. They took too many breaks (lasting 15-20 min each) and their lunch break was 2 hours. So they were off to a slow start in the morning. I really did not like that Eric tried to convince me to go to Home Depot to buy more moving boxes because they didn't have enough. As a moving company, you should have enough boxes. They were careful with my stuff, wrapping everything very carefully, but they were slow. They didn't clean anything up after they were done, left their cans, bottles, runner paper throughout the house. All in all, they were okay. Just really slow. This job should not have taken 11.5 hours

We had a great experience moving my mother in-law from her home in the Bay Area to an assisted…read moreliving apartment in Rocklin. Brian did a good job coordinating the estimate and logistics, which included getting his crew and truck from south Sacramento to the Bay Area early enough to get packed, back to Rocklin, set up furniture in the apartment and drop off the equivalent of 12 large boxes at a storage facility, all by 7 pm. To do this, he recommended adding a 3rd person to the crew, which ended up being essential for success. On the day of the move, the crew left promptly at 7 am. They communicated on arrival at 9:15 when they departed, but traffic issues pushed the arrival to 10:15. They overcame this with the additional crew member, and were loaded up by 12:30 and on their way back to Rocklin. We found NO damage to any of the items. The entire move was well organized, with a crew that was polite, and personable. We heartily recommend this company.

Manny and Trey arrived on time and got to work ASAP. They loaded everything on the truck at the two requested locations and headed to Sacramento. Once we got to Sacramento, they started unloading everything. The move was to the 3rd floor of an apartment building with no elevator and down the hall from the stairs. Though it was a tough move, Manny and Trey were both patient, kind, and efficient. They even cracked a few jokes, and we shared some laughs. It began to rain at the end of the move, and they still continued with a positive attitude. I am so grateful for their hard work, amazing service, and dedication to helping me get moved in. I probably overpacked some boxes and assumed certain things would always stay on top. Nothing was seriously damaged or broken, and that's what matters most.
