It was absolutely loaded with cheese curds and gravy - they didn't skimp on anything! I swear there were multiple layers of curds on top of each layer of fries. The gravy was perfect, too - not too salty and so full of flavor. My wife got the catfish basket and was happy with her choice as well - though she may have been a bit jealous of my poutine! If you enjoy white wines but usually steer clear of Chardonnay give this one a try! I don't think you'll be disappointed. We also chatted with Sarah, the GM, and the owner during our time there. Both were clearly extremely passionate about creating a great local spot that added something new to the Pagosa area. Overall, the attention to detail in the selection of the wine list and items selected for their boards really makes this place stand out to me as a top tier wine bar.
