Very professional, personable, and attentive staff. We were able to schedule and have our backflow valve ordered and replaced (due to freezing weather) faster and earlier than expected. Rob Williams is our go to plumber! These are the jobs he's done for us: two shower repipes inside walls, water heater replacement, toilet tank part replacements, water filter install and hot water circulation to the master bathroom. our hot water heater suddenly started leaking from the attic through the ceiling (luckily caught immediately) on a Sunday morning and Rob came right out to help and access the situation. Had a new dishwasher delivered by Home Depot last week. They were unable to install because we needed some plumbing under sink. After horrible experience with an individual and outrageous quote from another big name company, 2 techs from Olde Town Plumbing came out today. I wish I had their names but after a quote that was about 75% less than other company, they completed plumbing issue and installed dishwasher and did test run to make sure it didnt leak! We had a water leak in our shower that was leaking onto the wood floor in our bedroom. We called Olde Town plumbing and they worked us into the schedule for later that morning. Rob and Justin arrived on time, found the plumbing leak and had the leak repaired quickly. They even installed shutoff valves so we don't have to turn off water to our whole house if we need to change out our shower faucet later. Excellent work and customer service. read more
