I went to reddit, made a post, and this small supermarket was recommended. Not only did they have fresh skirt steak for $5.99 (compared to $20 per pound of pre-packaged skirt steak at Wegmans) a pound but they also had the other items for my marinade recipe (Serrano peppers, Goya seasonings, El Milagro corn tortillas). The place is small but they have a decent meat and produce selection. If you're looking for Latin grocery items i'm pretty sure this place has them.
