Great coffee shop, cold and rainy day, met the kids for an early breakfast of caffeine and pastries. We got lattes, couple of breakfast sandwiches and muffins, the 4 of us shared. The service was delightful, very friendly. The shop itself is large, good seating for small or large groups. Very good.

What an awesome shop- I really enjoyed all of the different options. I originally wanted a salmon roll but they were out for the day so I asked the waitress what she would recommend and since she was a vegan, made sense to get the vegan sandwich. I have no idea what was in it but it was delicious and I would absolutely order it again. The bread was phenomenal. I also really enjoyed the croissant cinnamon roll, but would try other things before getting it again. I also ordered a tea and it was fine- it was tea. Will definitely be going back.

I was very impressed with their Americano and croissant. The Americano was perfectly balanced, with a rich flavor and a smooth finish. The croissant was also very good, with a flaky crust and a soft, buttery interior. I ordered these two items on a particularly sleepy morning, and I was amazed at how well they helped me to wake up. The caffeine in the Americano gave me a much-needed boost of energy, and the croissant provided me with some much-needed sustenance. The atmosphere here is very fast paced as it was a weekday. I'm visiting this place again.

This place, near Buckingham Palace, was a daily morning stop for us in London. It's clean, beautiful, and has a great bakery with soft bread and plenty of options. The coffee is also excellent. Highly recommended!

3.5 stars There is a great convenience to this location as its nearby the Westminster neighborhood, a hotspot area. Therefore, I saw this location at least a few times on morning commute and knew I would one day give into coming in. Today was that day. Since I came in the morning hours, I purchased a classic bacon and egg breakfast roll (breakfast sandwich) and iced vanilla latte. Already being in London for a while, I held high expectations for cafes, as unlike other European countries, London was able to successfully create a iced latte and even had them on almost every menu (unlike France and Italy). This iced latte was not impressive at all and, like similar poor iced vanilla lattes, there was way too much syrup (unable to taste the coffee flavor). Something I believe is that everything always tastes better when you are hungry. Although the egg and bacon roll was tasty, it was extremely oily and buttery. That may be why a lot of the similar baked goods and sandwiches in this cafe, at least, rack higher caloric amounts for such small items. Besides the food, the people in the cafe were friendly and gave me time to order. I ended up staying for around three hours as the space accommodates professionals and students to study: wifi, chargers, and lots of seating.

Love the location, walking distance from Victoria station. Very professional atmosphere.. they have a whole variety of stuff. Lots of coffee selection, breads, baked goodies, sandwiches all fresh and looks great! The carrot cupcake I had there was one of the best

Service is extremely slow here!…read more Came for high tea when we were in London. They do high tea at only two times: 2:30 and 4pm. The high tea area is behind the bakery and it's much quieter and more intimate :) Decor was super cute and fancy; very festive for the holidays. We ordered the standard high tea which came with 5-6 savory bites and 5-6 sweet bites. After getting the tea, service went downhill. Three new parties were seated AND a party of 5 got their food before us (party of 4) along with two other tables who were seated after us. We had to flag the waitress down a few times since it seemed like they had forgotten about us :( Overall, good experience doing high tea in London but can't say I'd come back here for it again.

We hopped in our car and headed here one rainy afternoon. Street parking was a breeze here (pay by phone). The bakery itself is much more spacious than I anticipated with a beautiful indoor and outdoor seating space. Service was fast and friendly. Order at the counter and either take it to go or grab a seat and they will bring most things to you. If you're ordering bakery items they will give them to you right at the counter. If you're eating in prices are slightly higher (like most places in the UK. My kids all had the watermelon ice cream. We figured they were so big that we would eat the leftovers. That didn't happen. They were so good they devoured them. We also got a couple more things that were amazing! They also have a lunch menu that we did not try. If you're in the area make it a point to come here!!

I loved the decor and atmosphere. Food: My friend and I both ordered the traditional English breakfast. I had mine with vegan sausage. The breakfast was exactly what I expected and was pretty good. I was excited they had a vegan sausage option instead of leaving the sausage off like other places. Service: Our service was quick and friendly. We were able to order promptly and our food came out in an expected amount of time. There is a bit of a time limit for stays because they are so busy, but we didn't feel rushed at all. TL;DR - Lovely place for an English breakfast

It was nice to have some vegetables and it was enjoyable. The vanilla scone came in warm and enough clotted cream and jam. The pot of tea was plenty for 2 people. The quality of tea is nothing special just a traditional British breakfast tea. The service was fast and friendly. The interior was decorated that really feels traditionally British, it was a nice touch to the overall experience. Cute tea cups were used as well.

I really wanted a matcha icecream however it was out of order. In fact, a couple of options were out of order. Not sure if it was due to the fact that it was already late when I stopped by. One of the servers were really helpful as I made my order. As I am lactose intolerant and I can't have cold/caffeinated drinks often. I asked which drinks don't have caffeine and she recommended me the chocolate bubble tea. I also asked for alternate milks and she said they have oat milk. And I paid an extra pound for it. The whole interactions were great and the drink was nice - except I think the girl who made my drink didn't add in the alternative milk. If I am correct, I think she just poured whatever they have in the tanks into the bubbles and gave it to me. I could tell she was in a bad mood and she just wanted to go home. The drink tasted nice like a chocolate milk - except I have not had milk in years. Silly me, now I think back, I don't think I tasted any oat milk for paying extra. I shared the drink with my husband. Then an hour later my stomach was in so much pain. It was a lactose intolerant reaction that I am fairly familiar with. Unfortunately, I didn't have any pills. My stomach was in a twisted knots the whole night as I went to bed in agony. So I think the girl who made my drink didn't follow the instructions and do the right thing. Zero stars for this soft serve society if that's the truth. After paying $10 (after conversion) for bubble tea that gave me a stomachache, I regretted making this choice.
