Right away, I was impressed by Grant's professionalism. After a few minutes of standard pleasantries, he got right down to business. We spent about a half hour walking through each room in my home, talking through what I wanted to do. Based on the walkthrough, Grant quickly turned around a detailed bid, and we started the project shortly thereafter using the bid as our project plan. In addition to the initial walk-through, I worked with Melissa on a number of aesthetic selections. One area where Melissa played a crucial role was the layout for the master bathroom. I knew the existing layout utilized the space very poorly, but I had no idea how exactly to rearrange everything. Melissa came back with 3 options (one of which we moved forward with), and I know I would never have ended up with the design we landed on without her help. Due to my short timeframe, we started the project without drawings or precise plans (other than what was prepared for the initial bid). Tyler was incredibly adept at reacting quickly during the project, especially when last minute changes were needed. Overall, we finished within the agreed upon timeframe, and only exceeded the original budget for items I added during the project. All the subs they brought in were great, especially the painters and tile guys. When we did the final walkthrough, there were a few minor issues, but they were fixed in an expeditious manner at no extra charge.

Jon was wonderful, communicated well and was responsive. However The office staff...Terrible disappointment. They just care about money and not much else. We needed the Roofer to complete a State Form that only the Roofer can attest to for our insurance. I sent it to Jon's office on 6/3/25 and heard nothing and I cc'd the insurance, realtor, title company and my husband with the attached form. ...CRICKETS... I followed up on 6/16/25, this time also cc'ing everyone again. I also called the IG office and my Realtor. The Realtor got back to me and made some calls. Jon sent the form to my Husband, not me. Husband sent it to me. On 6/17/25 I finally get an email back saying they didn't have the form. No call was ever returned. Jon does phenomenal work not only on roofs but on foundations. But his office staff... From a Customer Service standpoint, deal with Jon only. He will get it done. I.G. Office staff are worthless, unresponsive, and only send you communication when they want money. If you deal with them, only do Step payments meaning at commencement, at work milestones and completion. Make sure everything is done BEFORE you send them the last piece of money because that is all the office staff cares about. If your insurance form isn't done, make sure you extract it from them prior to final payment because if you can't get a hold of Jon, it isn't happening. Jon IS the one that gets things done here.
