Irina is a BROW QUEEN! She has completely transformed my brows. I used to have very thin brows and she has helped me grow them and she shapes them so wonderfully. Dina is an eyebrow/eyelash wizard! I have been getting my brows done here for 6 months and Dina always does a beautiful job. I'm picky and she doesn't take away too much. Somehow they actually always look thicker! I just got my lashes done for the first time by Dina and she was so precise and detailed that I have not noticed a single lash fall off. I had Maggie C as my stylist and she did a great job at making me feel welcome, personable and a pleasant experience. The staff here is very sharply dressed and the inside has a modern feel. Olga brow studio is the BEST, and I've been to numerous places. They have a technique to match the brow shape to your face and they also do lashes, lash curling and brow and lash tinting and I've had all these services done by Dina- she's at the sachi location (they have 2 locations), which I really like because I get my hair done at sachi too and it's by modern market(good post brow appointment healthy dinner spot lol). I decided to give Olga Brow Studio another try after a difficult application of eyelash extensions, awhile back. I booked a brow wax with Maggie, and she did a fantastic job! First, she drew a custom stencil around my brows, outside of which she'd wax; inside, she'd tweeze. This is NOT a one size fits all stencil as misunderstood by a previous Yelper. It's drawn to YOUR face & brows, with precision. After great detail was given to waxing, tweezing & trimming, Maggie filled in my brows with a dark pencil and brushed them with gel before applying highlighter. She tended to overall detail MUCH more than any other salon I've been to. Granted it was a little more costly ($30 compared to $20 or less) but SO worth it! I live 25 minutes away from this studio but was happy to make the drive if it meant finding a fabulous brow salon. Unfortunately, it was not the experience I had hoped for. I booked an appointment for a brow shaping, tweezing only. The owner seemed lovely and the atmosphere was very pleasant. When I sat down the technician seemed surprised and bit put off that I wanted tweezing only. This is an option on their menu, so I'm not sure why it was a question. When she was done, I could see there was quite a bit of brow makeup placed where I would not normally have used it This made it difficult for me to see what was actually done. Additionally, I am in my late 50s and a 5x or 7x magnifying mirror would have been very helpful but they do not have one. When I got home and had a chance to take a good look at my brows, there were errant hairs everywhere and I had to spend another 20 minutes cleaning them up. Between the attitude, random brow makeup and then having to finish the job at home, I will not be returning. So disappointing... read more

SO, this is my second time seeing Danell. My initial appointment, she showed me how to color and style my brows, explained everything she was doing and why, and helped me pick the perfect shade of pencil. Besides that fact that she is an ANGEL human, her talent with brows is second to none. She is sweet, patient, and genuine (and gorgeous!). I am SO picky with my brows. After reading the great reviews I decided to try Olga's Brow Studio for the first time this pst week. I completely regret that decision. For one, when I checked in they weren't even expecting me; how do you not know that you have an appointment after you have confirmed it? Second, Danelle used a stencil to do my eyebrows. Everyone's face shape is different, why would you use a generic stencil to shape my eyebrows? She left them really thick and shapeless. I am very disappointed in my experience and definitely won't be trying my luck there again. read more

Olga is the absolute best! I don't know how she does it, honestly. I was lucky enough to find her because I used to work at Nordstrom and everyone said, "You HAVE to go see Olga and get an appointment." She booked up weeks/ months in advance (and still does)! I didn't even know getting your eyebrows done was a thing and they could change your face and look so good. That was 10 years ago and I'm so thankful for Olga! She opened her own studio in Scottsdale and it's so light, friendly, beautiful, and clean. I live in California now and I schedule an appointment with her and then schedule a flight home because I have tried many in California and there is no comparison. Don't be late (even 5 minutes) because they are all very popular and they use the full 20 minutes for the brow wax on everyone. Like all the best places, they book back to back. Online booking is super convenient. It's the style of Anastasia brows so you can easily show pictures and go somewhere else if you have to in a pinch, or get a stencil and try to keep them up yourself between appointments. My mom and sister have gone for 10 years too and still thank me every time they visit Olga because we feel so lucky to have found her. I will definitely NOT be returning. This is why: 1. Place was impossible to find. Note, this place is in the Sachi Salon and not independent. I did not see this anywhere or know this until I tried calling when I was unable to find it. Bad idea to not have this noted anywhere. 2. Don't expect to go in at your appointment time. I came in and ended up waiting 25 minutes past my time. Someone was already in getting theirs done when it was my time. Interesting. 3. Highly over priced!! This erkked me the most. $35 for an eyebrow wax? I've never paid anything so extreme. Let's be clear, I'd be more than happy to if I felt that it was a $35 service but it's not. Stencils are used, strip wax, quick trim/tweeze and that's it. Basically a clean up. Personally, I think using stencils isn't good. You should be able to know your craft if this is what you do for a living without the crutch of stencils. I've never gone anywhere that did this. I also don't know what I paid for otherwise. Hardly anything was waxed. Just fuzzies and the "unibrow" area. There was no true shape added to my brow, nothing to make them thinner or arched...notta. I also was never asked what I wanted or preferred. She just sorta did what she wanted or "what they do". I honestly could have done what she did myself. Highly displeased. 4. I stood out like a sore thumb. I felt highly highly uncomfortable in this salon. 5. I think they thought I knew nothing about brows so tried educating me on what to do. I never said I didn't know anything about them, in fact I'm pretty educated in the area. But again, if anyone asked me any personal questions on the overall subject, they'd know. The two stars is for the fact the girl was nice and the work done was ok. But it was certainly a $20 job at best...nothing wowing or spectacular. Nothing worth $35+tip. Overall, the experience was completely impersonal in respect of asking what I'd like etc. or asking me what I know. I think stencils and strips are for beginners and no real service was done. Just a "clean up" which is not what I wanted. And absolutely not for the cost! I left very mad and will never come back. Off back to the battle of finding the right place in this city to get my brows done at. read more

Allison is so cool and nice, she always finds time to trim my eyebrows even though it's not an official service. However, when I do feel like a wax, she never overgrooms or makes them too thin which I really appreciate. Recently I received a lash lift from Allison and my eyelashes have NEVER been so beautiful. I use latisse so they were already long and thick but somewhat unruly....this $70 treatment keeps them permacurled and groomed for 6-8 weeks, no mascara necessary. I'll probably do it every 2 months until I die haha. read more
