Well, it turns out there is a reason for that. Dr. Mikhasko is a total pro. Her office is clean, bright and conveniently located. Her staff is attentive and her work is beyond professional. If you are lucky enough to have her show up on your list of dentists that your insurance will cover, make an appointment now. You will not be disappointed. I try to avoid the dentist at all cost because of past experiences but I was due for a cleaning.im so happy I came here My teeth feel so clean and smooth they even look a little brighter the only reason I'm giving this a 4/5 is because it was a little messy there was water spraying everywhere lol and there were times when I felt my gums got hit by the cleaning tools and caused pain but the lady who performed the cleaning was very nice and kept checking to see if I was ok and stopped whenever I told her it hurt. I've gone here twice, once for a general cleaning/x-ray visit and another time for tooth pain. Both times, it was easy to get an appointment very quickly. The wait time was very short. When I had pain in my tooth, they checked it for me and didn't even charge me for the visit since no work was needed. The office is very clean, and parking is always available in the Ralph's Plaza. They accept insurance including MetLife, so I will keep going here as long as I live in the area. read more

OMG! Wow! I found Dr.Olga a few weeks ago after extensive online research and went in and made an appt. (which was set for within a couple of weeks). I was wondering why so highly rated but after my first walk-in and today after my first appt, completed I see why. This lady dentist is Heaven-Sent! After years of looking for that special dentist, I found her. I found the perfect Dentist, folks! This is the best dentist Olga! Love her! Today there was a doctor on the removal of the tooth. I'm very, very afraid of dentists! But this doctor from God! She has hands of gold! I mentally prepared and was afraid for two weeks, I can not convey the fear of what happened to me, my husband brought back by force, but it turned out that did not hurt! In Belarus, after a tooth filling, a week later the tooth had to be removed! After that I stopped going to doctors. For me, a visit to the dentist was a terrible war! Very scared to go! I thought I'll run short of chairs. But it turned out that these doctors as native people! And comforted, talk, and you feel like home, safe! I've been going to Olga's office for over three years, and couldn't be more grateful for her and her team's treatment and care. They've helped me become better at dental hygiene at home, and even reversed gingivitis that was about to hit the point of no return. I came here because the reviews were good. At first they were nice and they earned my confidence. Then came the prescription-- she recommended a deep cleaning. I just had one last year, a very very thorough one, so it was unrealistic that I should get one again. I kindly said no and that I wanted to get my regular cleaning that I was due for. Apparently she was unsatisfied that I wasn't going to shell out any money that day, because I got the worst cleaning I'd ever had. I think about 50% of the water used landed outside of my mouth. The spigot more than once pointed directly at my upper lip instead of my mouth, splashing me all over with water. My god lady, just because I reject your suggestion does NOT mean you can do badly at what I did request! She was noticeably ticked that I couldn't be sold on more. I went to my regular dentist a week later, just accepting that I'd have to pay cash, and he couldn't even tell my teeth had been cleaned. An absolute WASTE of time! read more

My husband scheduled an apt. here a few weeks out because he was in pain and that was the earliest he could be seen and the only place around he could find that accepted his insurance. He called the morning of his apt to see if they could see him early becuase the pain was extreme and they told him they could see him early and to come on in. His original apt was for 12 so he went into the office around 10:45, He proceeded to wait over an hour and 15 min, until 12 his original apt time and still wasn't seen. All the while he had watched a few people go in before him and also a man show up with a 12 oclock apt also when there is only one dr. in the office. At 12 he proceeded to go to the front desk and ask when he could expect to be seen and that he was told to come in early and is still waiting, the recpetionist then told him that she had no idea when he would be able to be seen and that they were too busy becuase they had a couple of emergencys come in. I find it to be extremely unorganized and unprofessional to overbook in the first place and also to tell some one who is in pain to come in early and that they can be seen and then to keep them waiting even longer then their original apt. time. Then to have no explanation or even the slightest idea of when he would be seen, we ended up leaving and calling our insurance to complain. If we would have stayed the wait could have been hours and hours if we were seen at all. Poorly ran office and compleletly insensitve to people in pain. read more

I had an emergency walk-in due to a cracked front tooth. They gave me x-rays and scheduled an appointment for 3 weeks later. I waited, and worked with the damaged tooth for that time period. The office stated my insurance would cover the cost and I would not have to pay for the procedure. The daily finally came to get my work done. I walked into the office and the clerk behind the counter said that my insurance would not in fact cover the cost. Now I have to pay out of pocket or not have the procedure done. I was so mad I said "fuck"(under my breath) and asked what do I do? what can I do? The clerk simply shrugged her shoulders and acted as if I were not important enough to care for. I told her I had a plane to catch in 2 days and a live event to perform for. I asked why didn't you contact me within the 3 weeks I was waiting to let me know I had to pay out of pocket. I was willing to pay, but why did they wait till the last minute to inform me about it? I got so mad at their lack of caring that I cursed at them saying what the fuck am I supposed to do? Because I cursed they said I need to leave. They threatened to call the cops! I said make sure to give them my social security number too. I love how quick they are to respond to me when I was cursing, but waited 3 weeks to let me know my insurance wasn't going to cover my procedure. Real jerks! read more
