I went with my future daughter-in-law and one of her bridesmaids for a scheduled appointment for her wedding gown. We were first greeted by the wrong name, and then the bridesmaid and I were ignored. We were not greeted, and neither associate introduced themselves by name. The only time they spoke to us directly was when they wanted our bride to sign paperwork. I had to stop one associate from measuring our bride in the middle of the (very small) shop in front of the window. Genuinely surprised at the lack of personal attention and deplorable customer service. They have since contacted our bride to try to get us to remove our honest Google review. Olia is heaven sent for brides to be! We went wedding dress shopping for one of my best friends, and from beginning to end the experience was amazing. All the dresses are designed uniquely and they can be customized to make any brides dream come true. I want to emphasize how amazing, Grace, the consultant assigned that evening was. Grace took our brides requests into heavy consideration and even let us friends and family pick out a few for her to try. At the end when the bride was struggling to decide, Grace pulled her magic and created an offer, within budget, that the bride could not resist. I was called only 3 months after for my first fitting! I know, quick! My first fitting went smoothly! This is where I met Christian. She was able to provide feedback and we were able to find my mother a dress at this appointment as well. I left very happy! 2 months later, I kept trying on my dress at home (like every bride does) and I was falling out of love with the design. Honestly the best experience I could've had!!!!! I got a custom dress. It was absolutely beautiful! I decided literally 4 days before my wedding that I wanted a tighter fit, an Overskirt, different sleeves, and straps. Obviously went to multiple wedding dress shops before I stumbled upon Olia's amazing shop. When we first arrived we were greeted with champagne and a smile. I was sort of discouraged and hadn't found anything I loved and thought I was going to have to go with a discounted dress from another store that bullied me into saying I would buy it before the day was over. The staff at Olia's let me browse, asked a lot of questions and let me try on whatever! I felt very welcomed and wanted here and not rushed. I tried on my dress and was in love. Olia hand sketched and created these bridesmaid dresses/master pieces (that makes all the girls bodies look AMAZING)!! One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a bridal salon. Unfortunately it was during a stressful time, I was planning a wedding. I had gone to a wedding dress boutique last year in July and bought a dress and beaded bolero by Olia during her trunk show. She was there and told me it would be completed by October. October came and went and no one from the store nor Olia's staff. I had to reach out to them and were so rude to me for being concerned that my dress was not ready when Olia herself said it would be. They said I would receive it the following month and not to worry. Well, November came and went with out my dress and without a call from them yet again. I called and they said they had a lot of "celebrities" that needed dresses. So even though I was spending over 5K I was not a priority. They told me I should have my dress in the mail by December. They told me to stop worrying even though my dress was three months late. By the middle of January I still had not received my dress, I was so fed up I wanted to find a new dress and cancel my order all together. I relayed my frustrations with their store and they did not apologize or share how they were going to remedy the situation. They said I could not cancel my order and I would have to "deal". I asked if they could offer a discount of any kind due to the fact my dress was late, the customer service was less than ideal and I had missed my bridal portrait appointments. They said they would send veils that I could try and I could choose one. I was under the impression this was free, however they wanted me to spend another $400-600 on veils that were devastatingly horrendous, torn, and with beads falling off. Then they asked me to spend $20 on shipping to expedite them back. All in all I finally got my dress in April, 7 months after I was told I would receive it. It did not even fit right and I had to spend another $450 on alterations for a "custom" dress. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a retailer of any sort, and I am so sorry I bought a dress from them. I got a custom made dress and it was wrong a million time and still messed up on my Wedding day. My husbands custom made tux didn't fit right. I got custom bridesmaids dresses and nothing was right. They had to come to my bridal suite the day of the wedding because everything was STILL messed up. If Olia isn't happy with you she'll cuss you out. She only cares about her "celebrity" clients. They were easy to book an appointment with, the were continually attentive, friendly, welcoming and professional. The selection of dresses ranges in style and price and it seems that most brides could find their dress there. Our consultant made us feel welcomed. She let me try on as many dresses as I pleased and truly took note of my comments and likes/dislikes. They are very open to altering the dresses and making them one of a kind based on what you like. Beautiful dresses with an unique, yet classic spin on wedding dresses. Gorgeous store front too with a helpful assistant. One major downside was it's lack of dresses in average sizes. I normally wear a size 8 or 10 pants (12 or 14 in wedding dresses) and they only had 3 dresses in my size. I have tried on dresses at 4 other bridal boutiques, and they all had many dresses in my size. I understand why designers want smaller sizes on the runway, but I feel the best designers can make beautiful dresses in all sizes. This designer might have that kind of diversity but it was hard for me to envision her dresses since many of them didn't fit. read more

I was afraid that because they are custom made, I would fall in love with a dress that was way over my price point but they were very considerate of my price point and found me the dress of my dreams. I want to start off by saying the customer service here is unparalleled. We started with some champagne and talked a little about what I was looking for in a wedding gown. Laura, Haley, and Rachel really listened to what I had envisioned for a wedding dress and pulled pieces accordingly. They were so helpful with fitting the dresses and helping me in and out of them and pulling some veils to help me put the look all together. Olia, the designer was there as well and she was amazing with understanding the custom details I wanted to add to my dress and working with our budget! Her mom custom makes all the veils and they are absolutely gorgeous! Overall, the atmosphere is just super fun, laid- back and personal. And Olia and her team are just super sweet! I had an incredibly uncomfortable experience trying on wedding dresses at this shop. After trying on a few dresses with the salesperson during our scheduled appointment (which had been scheduled weeks in advance), the owner/designer arrived. Then, while I was standing up in front of the mirror with a revealing dress that was not fitted to me, just pinned in the back and unable to wear a bra, 7-8 people (5 of which were men) entered the single room store. The owner/designer had scheduled a meeting at the same time in the same room. Ultimately, a very special, private, vulnerable moment with my mom, sister and best friend was egregiously interrupted by a group of loud strangers, all of which had full access to seeing more of my skin than I am comfortable with. I was so uncomfortable I wanted to leave as quickly as possible. The salesperson apologized for the lack of privacy, however the owner failed to even acknowledge the situation. At the very least, she could have told us this meeting was happening and given us an option to reschedule. read more
