One need only to walk through and see absolute quality. They will be doing my headstone. He had no remorse and stated the urn nor the flowers had to be there till 11am. I dont understand why palm heights would open a chapel for family and friends at 9am to view nothing. Someone forgot to schedule it, they didn't forget to schedule the payment. I paid in excess of over $500 if I recall. They did reimburse me, it took weeks since it had to go through their process. The place was clean, cold ac, and they delivered on the other services. Claudia was point of contact, she is a great person and very understanding. We didnt hire escorts, as we were having issues with the insurance. The driver that drove the hearse was very upset & wasnt afraid to let us know. He literally flew down the roads to the cemetery. That individual has no place working in a place like that.
