We stopped here at the Seasoned Olive while exploring Fells Point and the decor and colors caught my eye while we enjoyed some time exploring Baltimore. This cute little shop has such a welcoming vibe. They sell sauces, spices, oils, oven mitts and more. There were samples of oils and vinaigrettes and we found one - the honey-garlic-white-balsamic that we just had to have. It is so delicious and flavorful pairing extremely well on veggie sandwiches, on chicken or in salads. So good! We will be repeat customers and will have to reorder more online!

The male and female that seems to be there everytime are sweet, cheerful and full of knowledge of the tea and spices they carry. Eventhough the business is small the set up of the teas and spices create the wall decor. The smells connect your body with a sense of relaxation. Stop in, shop and leave with a brewed tea, some for home or spice(s) to enhance that meal soon to be prepared.

Before you enter the boutique you're welcomed by the aroma from the spices. There are lots of options to choose from but they have you covered. Literally from floor to ceiling you can discover unique blends of gourmet and traditional spices. Definitely ideal for the personal chef or home cook looking to spice things up. Oh and don't forget tea . There's an allocated wall of over 100 tea blends. The best part is you can have a hot tea or iced made to order from the amazing selection. They even have a calligrapher barista to fancy your cup before giving it the proper send off. Don't take my word see for yourself in the attached video and pictures. Overall this experience landed a perfect 5 of 5. Well done

I saw this store nearby and I wasn't sure if it would have the products I am looking for. So before I went there, I called and asked. The owner was really nice, answered the phone and checked the products for me and that they have it available. I quickly went and got the products. They are reasonably priced. If you are turkish and in need of some basics and leave close to downtown, try this store before going 30 min drive to other turkish stores. There is a chance you may find what you are looking for.

From their collection I was able to find Sadaf products (US based high quality Iranian brand that sells Persian food), dough (Persian drinks and other yogurt based Persian drinks, Persian treats and even saffron. They have also lots of arabic brand food such as Roni (canned juice with pulps) that is amazingly yummy, european chocolates and variety of international cookies. There are frozen ready food of both ethnicity as well offered in this place. These are the unique products in this store but they also have a whole lot of generic food that one can find at any grocery store. They have a limited variety of produce so i would not recommend to go here for vegetables and fruits more than tomato, onion, and bell pepper.

The entrance, through the hotel, into the restaurant with lovely street views. The professional, cheerful staff who greeted us immediately. The knowledgeable wait staff with their recommendations and suggestions. The live performer who provided an exceptional backdrop for a lovely fine dining experience. All top tier. And then we get to the food. As appetizers we had the Chop House Meatballs and Beef Tartare. Delicious. While not "fancy", there's a certain something about the food that lends itself to "a job worth doing is one worth doing well". For entrees we had the ribeye (I was ... side eyeing the price a little) and the Campanelle. The crab in the campanelle was hella fresh and the dish smelled divine. And my steak? Heavens to mergatroid. Arguably one of the best steaks I've ever had. I suspected it was going to be underdone but NOPE. Perfection. (I asked to have it served a hair over medium and it seemed a hair under by sight, but the temperature reassured me.) My side was creamed spinach (served with crispy shallots) and the texture was perfect. The spinach was cooked perfectly and not just an amorphous ball of mush. We had the mascarpone cheesecake and another dessert that I'm not entirely sure what it was as it was something our server brought for us. For cocktails there was a melograno and an aviation royale. Both delicious. I can't wait for another special occasion for a chance to dine here again.
