What I received was a complete mess... the balloons did not look like what I had ordered and what they promised ... they looked cheap and none of the xtras on the ballon's were added. Not only did they not deliver what they promised, in fact they arrived late for the set up. The event was at 12pm and they came at 12pm to setup. Guests were already there and they were just arriving to install!! So UNPROFESSIONAL!!! And my nightmare doesn't end there!! I tried contacting them after the event to talk to someone about the issues with the balloons and installation. I left several voicemails, emails and no one has called me back or emailed me back.! It's been 10 days and no contact. This to me seems like a SCAM! Because no one has tried reaching out to me as fast as they were to take my money they should be considerate enough to try and contact me back about my issue. For over $80, I expected a fresh, high-quality bouquet, especially for such an important occasion. Unfortunately, the arrangement looked rushed and poorly put together, which was embarrassing to send as a gift. I understand holidays can be busy, but quality and freshness should still be a priority. Based on this experience, I would not order from here again.
