The website gave me the option of in person or video appointment. I picked the in person option and a couple days later I received my confirmation email confirming my in person appointment with the address of the facility. I also received some documentation that I completed prior to the appointment. On the day of my scheduled appointment I arrived 15 minutes early and was informed right at my appt time that there was a confusion and my consultation was over the phone. So unfortunately I did not get to see anyone even though I drove down there. Their location is very pretty and calming though.

We were referred to RPMG for a relative that was experiencing aggressive behavior at assisted…read moreliving facility. They required a review of current meds and an urgent adjustment that could help with a possible escalation that would have them removed from the facility. We asked for an experienced Dr but were given a NURSE PRACTITIONER. As this was an immediate need, we were flippantly told and prescribed Rexulti which is ove $600 HUNDRED dollars a month, and when we had an issue with this, we called SEVERAL TIMES and sent voice messages and messages through their chart to ask to SPEAK to the NP! We NEVER received a response! Years ago, we dealt with the director who was no help and mis-diagnosed our family member. We were reluctant on this referral almost a decade later and it appears NOTHING has changed! Don't bother with this place!
