The facility is clean, the staff is very intelligent and helpful, everyone is kind, caring and I always had piece-of-mind while my father was there. If anything ever happened outside of normal procedure, I would be called and informed. The nurses, CNAs, and entire staff were kind to my father as well as all of us family members. So helpful, and always smiling and friendly. That stated that they didn't want us to worry about my dad while we were not there. They were right, I did not have to. If I ever require skilled nursing, I hope I am lucky enough to be admitted to Palm Terrace. It is by far the best in the area. Thank you Palm Terrace!

Maintenance doesn't do anything right away and the men both cuss in spanish and complain all the time and assume we couldn't understand, the food looked terrible! activities was them sitting in front of a tv all day while no supervision is around, when my grandpa was there for the little time he was there he got a very bad skin condition that no dermatologist can seem to figure out and we're still trying to figure out til this day what it is, i was looking at residents and workers and they all seem to have marks all over there body, I tried to bring it to the administrator Mary's attention but she didn't seem to care and got aggressively defensive over it but i think the attitude was more because i had interrupted her conversation that didn't even sound like work with some other women who worked there, i believe pilar was their name on the tag and sonia, they're all unprofessional and cuss, gossip right in the administration office which is crazy to do in front or around visitors! i will continue to report this dump of a place until state actually goes and does some changes don't trust your family here they will come out worse or not at all i'm glad i took my grandpa out of there as fast as i could

They didn't give me my pain meds for almost 24 hrs, it was so ridiculous the excuses they had!! They are under staff, the nurse would take up to 3hrs to respond to my call, so I left home even though I needed care. All they did was pissed me off n neglect me so I went home. I had to go for a 2nd time n didn't even last 24hrs bc once again they didn't give me my meds, it was pure negligence on their part!!! If u love someone please do not take them to this facility!!! It smells so bad n they are so loud too, leaving the door open all the time!! Never again will I ever enter this facility!!!

He knows exactly what he is doing and has worked really hard on my knee twice a week for the last six months now. She came in after a fall, hip surgery, and a serious MRSA infection, and the staff went above and beyond in every area of her recovery. They cared for her incontinence with dignity, closely managed her diabetes, and provided her with the exact medications she needed to clear up her MRSA. The physical therapy team was incredible. When my grandma first arrived, she couldn't walk at all. With their consistent support, encouragement, and expert care, they got her back on her feet--literally. Today, she is walking again, something we weren't sure would even be possible. A very special thank you goes to Lexi in Social Services. She has been the best case manager I have ever encountered. Lexi went above and beyond in every way--always on top of everything my grandma needed, attentive to her wants, and proactive about her care. She made sure nothing slipped through the cracks and gave us so much peace of mind during such a difficult time. If you are looking for a facility that combines excellent medical care with genuine compassion, Arlington's Gardens Care Center is absolutely the right choice.
