On 12/13/25, we came in for a routine cleaning at 8:00 AM. The quality of care was PHENOMENAL! Krystal, Dr. Tran and the entire staff were AMAZING--very attentive, super friendly, and genuinely kind. Everyone was honest and straightforward, which we truly appreciated. The office was exceptionally clean and equipped with up-to-date technology. I came here for cleaning/ check-up. They did a good job cleaning but I didn't appreciate being overcharged and having to call and get refunded because my insurance sent me the statement showing I was overcharged $145. I was also told I had several cavities ( I got half filled that day on one side) but ended up getting a second opinion from another dentist office, I only had 1 on the remaining side when they told me I had 3. Definitely check your insurance statements after going to them and get a second opinion if you can. I won't be returning here. read more

I'm a bit of a Dentist snob. I'm sorry, but if they aren't incredible, above and beyond anyone else, I don't want anything to do with them. You need to be the BEST to put your fingers in my mouth. Having had incredible dentists the vast majority of my life, then having to endure and suffer through several bad ones, I went on the search for my next dentist, the one I'd be sticking with as long as possible.  Enter Olive Dental & Dr. Tran. Brand new build, newest equipment, most up-to-date practices and 10 star patient bedside manner. I was sure I had several cavities that I'd have to have fixed this visit. After doing the large X-ray, I sat down and they used a mini x-ray gun for additional images, THEN took pictures with a tiny small device of all my teeth. I got my cleaning which they do using new methods that are easier than past ways.  After Dr. Tran comes in, brings up all your x-rays WITH the photos next to them and discusses every, single, tooth, gum, spot, area to watch, problem area, EVERYTHING that's happening with your teeth. He discusses your diet and lifestyle (in the least "preachy" manner possible) and runs you down on everything, including NOT pushing any unnecessary procedures or "cavity" fixes. I say "cavity" since many DDS will just "fix" things they don't need to, because they want the money, not Olive Dental and not Dr. Tran. He showed me areas we'll be keeping an eye on and gave me some good advice. I needed a new night-guard since I'm a bad grinder, they do digital scans now! No more goop & taking molds. It was fast. I came back in 1 week to pick up 2 (you get a 2nd for a fraction of the 1st price), no fitting necessary they were bang on.  Incredible experience. The moment I got home I had my wife call and set up her appointment. The search for the best DDS is over. Olive Dental is the CLEAR winner. Went in as a new patient today, got x-rays and cleaning done in less than 30 minutes! I'm the type of person who wants to get through medical appointments, dental appointments, and haircuts done as quick as possible. I was impressed by how quickly he came back with his analysis of my x-ray. Dr. Tran was straightforward and informative when we reviewed the x-ray. The office and the equipment appears to be very modern. There is an x-ray machine that scanned around my head while I was standing up, which I thought that was pretty neat. I think this saved a lot of time, but I still had to do a 6 more regular x-ray snapshots. I also liked that there was music in the background like a coffee shop would play, it made me a little more relaxed. I have had multiple procedures done here and each time the service was exceptional and I left extremely satisfied. Dr Tran's "chair-side" manner is impeccable. He is a pro who is both very informative yet very easy-going at the same time. Always taking the time to explain to you what the issue is and what your options are. It's so refreshing to have a local office I can have my parents go to now with the need of me having to translate for them. I avoid two things in life, clowns and dentists. I can say that this Olive Dental was surpisingly very good. When I called the person I spoke to looked up my record and knew exactly what happened to my coverage. When I went there I was as nervous as a cat in a dog pound. I didn't know what I was getting into. I was immediatle impressed by the intial x-ray. It took five minutes. Dr. Tran then came and gave me an evaluation. I had to have a tooth extracted. He explained the options I had. I chose to have an implant to be installed at a later date. He explained the cost, which I felt was very reasonable. But first he had to extract my tooth. I was leery because the last dentist I had, it took him a day and a half. Dr. Tran said that he would have it out in five minutes. I was skeptical, but I went ahead with the procedure. It took him five minutes and was painless. I am currently healing but so far there have been no complications. I recommend Olive Dental. The staff is efficient and Dr. Tran is an excellent dentist. Our family will be using him from now on. My fear of clowns still persists though. read more

I gotta say, I'm just blown away with this dental office! When they say they prioritize their clients' needs, they really do mean just that! I personally have a lot is issues with my oral health and they broke down everything to simple terms and respect my decisions. They are also encouraging of taking care of your oral health without the usual pressure from all other dental offices leaving you feeling guilty at the end of your appointment.
