This is definitely not a 5 stars business. My garage door is sagging. I called Olive Garage Doors. No one answered. So I left a message. A few minutes later Ronnie called back. After describing to him my issue, I asked if he could come to take a look the next day at 11 am. He said the time should be ok. But he needed to check with someone first and would call me back in 5 minutes. But he never called back. I kept waiting and waiting. After an hour, I called his office which still no one answered. I left a message to ask Ronnie to call back. I also called his cell phone that he called me from and left him a message. But he never called me back. I don't think I offended him in any way when I described the issue with garage door sagging. Not sure why he never called me back and just left me hanging. May be the job is too small or too difficult for him? But he should have told me honestly instead of keeping me waiting for his call back. Isn't this pretty basic courtesy? read more

He replied to my request for a free quote right away and asked for details about the motor brand and model to better understand the issue. After I sent photos, he had me try a few troubleshooting steps, but the garage door still wouldn't open with the remotes. Ronnie offered to stop by the same day once he finished with another customer, which I really appreciated. He was kind, professional, communicative, and honest throughout the entire process. He explained two affordable options to replace the receiver and motor and mentioned that while the garage door had a sizeable crack, it could still last a few more years. He even suggested installing a steel rod to straighten the bowing caused by the crack instead of pushing a full replacement. He installed the new motor, including the steal rod. Ultimately, we decided to replace the door through Ronnie. He had a large selection of options and, after understanding our needs and budget, helped us narrow it down to the right one.
