Well, I've been having trouble with my new replacement garage door opener that I had replaced with a Chamberlain motor when the previous bar on my Genie motor was damaged. Apparently the other garage door company didn't use the correct powered motor on the new Chamberlain motor. Needs 3/4 motor power. Because my old wooden garage door is very heavy. I had a Genie that was handling the garage door for over 23 years. So I've been having problems ever since and had changed out the sensors and still had problems so I contacted Omar at Vaz Garage Doors and he came out and told me the the heavy duty bracket was bent on one side so he replaced them both and made sure the springs were heavy duty and thick enough to handle my garage door.
