I got a gel mani and gel pedi here earlier in the week. I love how it came out. The color of 088. Done by Lee. Other places trim too much skin around my nails and it looks good initially but over time it gets very rough. I asked for no trimming the skin around the nails. The vibe is very chill here. Good: selection of pedicures with prices. It was a great experience and really enjoyed my pedicure, however I was with my daughter and even though we called ahead we were a good 1/2 hour apart and my daughters pedicure was different from mine even though we chose the same one. I think she had a new person. Not so good: I had my 3 year old granddaughter getting her nails painted both fingers and toes while sitting on my lap. No mani/ pedi just a few nails clipped and painted, took about 10 minutes. They charged $30.00 , shame on them! read more

Review before update: we called the day before and made an appointment for four pedicures. We walked in at 11:02. They eventually got us seated at 11:30 but we had to split up. Then we sat there until 11:54 and no one was available. And no one checked in with us or talked to us about the expected time for getting us started. We decided to leave because we still hadn't started our pedicures and once we were all going to get started it would be so staggered we wouldn't leave until 2pm. **Update: I gave this place 1 star based on my story above. I have since changed it to a 5 because they called later in the day to explain, apologize, and offer to fix it the next time we chose to go there. As other reviewers have pointed out, this salon does not honor appointment times. I had scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. After waiting for 20+ minutes without being serviced, I left. When I schedule an appointment, I expect to be helped within 5 minutes of arriving at the business, maximum. I understand that things happen, but if service providers are running late and are unable to respect appointment times, that should be communicated to the customer. I took my business to another salon across the street and was helped immediately. I will not be returning to this salon. read more

Great service and beautiful work! Katie does an excellent job, as does Helen! I had not heard of the GelX and Katie's recommendation to go from Dip to GelX was a game changer. They always have some kind of animal videos or other entertaining things to watch on silent. You can enjoy your own tunes, talk with your sis partner, have great conversations with the staff or simply relax. The chairs are comfortable. Everything is clean and the decor is minimalistic with a glad of color for flare. Always a great experience! I would highly recommend this business. I usually get a matching manicure and pedicure set each time and they got me hooked on gel x acrylic nails pointed almond shape. I got my son to always wanting to go with me now for the (bubble baths) kids pedicure as I'm getting my nails done super convenient. Am not happy at all with my nails. Asked for something very simple just moon and stars and that was obviously too hard. I get not everyone can do art but that shouldn't be established at the beginning of the appointment. Didn't realize how bad they really are did I walked outside because the light inside isnt the best. It looks like I did them myself. Not worth at all the money I paid for them. I'm leaving for an even this week and wanted nice nails not nails that looked like a at home job. I wish I would have said something while I was there but I am very introverted person and it didn't like as bad in the salon as did outside. She didn't even clean all the dust from my nails. My boyfriend reached out for a refund since he paid. Only to be told we would receive HALF a refund. read more
