I am a local don't go here! I went yesterday as a walk in cause had event they charged 55 instead of of 50 like everywhere else for straight color. I walked in with long nails told guy shorter he completely took my nails off some are uneven you should always ask the customer! And check nails make sure they even. Also clean underneath nails is another thing should be done. The man went to file my nails again I said no more I don't even know what he was going to file anyway he took my nails off and then told me shorter is better. I asked for a flower didn't get it but I just wanted to leave cause my nails were ruined.i gave this place a second chance was another bad appointment should have never walked in. I tipped 4 dollars to be nice I don't know why I did. Normally I am a good tipper but this was really upsetting!! I went in for acrylic removal and full set. he started to remove my acrylics by peeling them off with an acrylic tip and when I told him it hurts and asked if he could soak them off or file them he said it was fine and would only soak them off it was "really on there". I kept telling him it hurt and he said it was fine. my nails were rushed and the final product was not worth what I paid. read more

It's a fairly big place. Maybe 12-15 pedi chairs. I don't really like 10-chair places, but my nail person had moved to cambria so I've been looking for a few months trying different places. My nail tech did not seem to understand anything I had said as she kept looking at another gentleman who would then ask me questions. Ultimately I wanted to remove the gel polish, and do normal paint polish. She used whatever bit on the electric nail filer until she HIT SKIN. Or had made the nail so thin I could SEE the pink tender skin :/ It burned from the spinning file and hurt something terrible. Never looked at me when I reacted just moved on. I just got the basic pedicure which seemed to still offer some kind of scrub and oil. The menu said a massage, but it wasn't. It was wiping oil on and taking a towel to wipe it off. Then, Across from me was a woman getting a mani/pedi and had two gentlemen working on her. At one point the younger guy turned away from her, pulled his mask down and sneezed into openness. I mean...isn't that WHY you wear the mask?? I know masks are not required that's not my issue at all. But...He couldn't sneeze into the mask to contain it? Or his arm? Or hand and then go wash his hands? Just sprayed everywhere. I was disgusted and thankful I was across the room. The music, also, was one song that was 5 minutes long. Piano. And it repeated. For 30m, until someone changed the music to a louder piano with loud birds chirping. Ultimately it just wasn't a good experience. I'll keep looking read more

It was sort of fine at first. I was surprised to find out that it is A rather 'rushed' feeling. Then, as more customers arrived, the technician really got sloppy. I cannot imagine how this can be. She applied some stuff to my nails, I thought cuticle oil, and assumed it would be massaged in. No. It was base coat. Sloppily thrown on the center of the nail. Not covering the whole nail, not even attempting to. I have no idea why the person didn't even bother to apply even, complete coats of polish. Shocking. And zero dry time between coats. Odd. But the strangest part was how, as soon as other customers walked in, the race was on...just slop some paint on and move on. I will definitely be checking out other places. This cannot be the standard for all nail salons. I am looking at my nails and there's literally no possible way to believe I paid money to have this done. Very weird. Never again. read more

I am super disappointed. I paid $80 (including tip) to get acrylic nails done here for a wedding. A week later the nails started lifting at the cuticle and catching in my hair. I was in Costa Rica trying to enjoy a wedding and couldn't really do anything about it. I got back from my vacation and went into the salon to ask them if they could please remove the nails - showed the man the issue and he told me that I had to pay $20 to get them removed. I explained that I paid a lot for these nails and they should be lasting much longer and he argued with me and told me that he didn't think I had them done there. Unfortunately I paid in cash so I had no proof. I told him a nice pregnant lady had helped me and she was literally sitting right there. She looked at me and said she didn't do my nails i went in with two friends and we all paid money. They confirmed I was at the right place. I am shocked at how they treated me. It was really wrong. I was in town for only a week and I needed a fresh pedicure. Came to this salon due to convenience, and unfortunately didn't leave satisfied. I asked for a gel pedicure, simple white. The woman who worked on my toes left the gel thick on my toes. My eyesight isn't the best and I couldn't really tell until I got home. It was so thick that I peeled some of it off and it was still damp underneath. They weren't neat either. Lots of little smudges left on my skin. Needless to say won't be coming back. They really need to have their workers be more careful and meticulous with their work. read more

AVOID PRINCESS NAILS AT ALL COSTS!! This nail salon is the worst in the are and we are locals. First of all we knew when we walked in and it was empty that we should have left but we were desperate to get pedicures. The staff wasn't friendly on the phone or when we walked in. My Mom and I had only been seated for about 8 minutes when I don't know what the employee did but my mom's toe started bleeding and couldn't get it to stop. It hurt her so badly. This has never happened before in the 30yrs of pedicures and yes, accidents happen, but he never apologized. He wanted to continue with the pedicure but we know with a now open wound that's very unsanitary, well and it was still bleeding. They were very offended that we were getting up to leave. Very aggressive. They kept pouring some kind of blue solution on her toe and we asked nicely to please stop as we no longer trusted this establishment. The man wouldn't stop and even followed us out into the parking lot. Worst experience. It's been two days and it still looks like hell and is very sore. Yuck and hopefully she doesn't get an infection. Beware. Oh and when I started taking photos, the guy would clean it really quickly and snap his own? Not sure why there are so many negative reviews here - my friends and I had a great experience! We were visiting from out of town to celebrate a friend's bachelorette - and of course had to make mani / pedis a part of the experience. We made appointments for four and were accommodated quickly and on time. In fact, we were the only customers in a HUGE shop that could easily fit 20 patrons. We each had different needs, and the salon was able to satisfy our varying preferences for dip powder, gel polish, regular polish, and no color. I got the luxury pedicure and between the foot and chair massages, left feeling refreshed and relaxed. If I lived in the area, this would be my go-to salon. Thanks, Princess Nails! read more

They do a pretty good pedicure, but they constantly overbook appointments. I have been coming here for years. I always make an appointment, but I always have to wait at least 30 minutes. I made this mistake...she was so rough and when I was telling her how much it hurt she continued on.... I had to pull my hand away. Made an appointment for my "mom's day out" and waited 20 minutes to be seated. I usually don't mind waiting or the fact that nail salons are typically busy but to have taken so long to only have been rushed through the whole process of pedicure and full gel set. It felt completely uncomfortable and the guy who was working on me kept working on a bunch of other things at the same time. The price is ridiculous for what you're getting to top it all off. None of my nails are the same length the gel polish is thick and lumpy on some of my fingers and toes. Went for a pedicure. Making the appointment was easy enough - they were able to get me in next day with no problem. My toenails look great, but that's about all I can say. The woman who did the pedicure did not smile or say one word to me the entire time - just gestured with her hands. I'm almost okay with that too, as I usually go to relax and not socialize. The most disappointing part is that between applying the scrub and then the "massage" she spent probably less than 5 minutes. He did not disappoint, although I should have communicated I'd like slightly less length on the coffin nails I was requesting. Vic had friendly genuine service without being over bearing. I get my nails done every two weeks like clock work I normally go to San Francisco to get my nails done but decided to go with my roommate and try a place near home saw they had good reviews so we tried them out everything was good till I said something about my mani pedi not matching then they fixed It and became rude we sat there for over 45mins after they were done to let our toes dry never said anything to us just ignored us I can understand if they were busy but no one else was in there then we get home and my nails are already chipped and they are gel nails! Worst experience ever. The service was terribly slow - I had to wait almost 45 minutes for my manicure to get started, even though I'd shown up on time for my appointment. The guy who was doing my manicure cut into my nail bed TWICE while trying to remove my cuticles. I am not sure what he was trying to do - probably reduce the natural width of my nails or something - but there was a decent amount of pain and blood involved in it. Also, he found it pretty amusing that I asked him to skip the cuticle removal for the remaining fingers, after this happened twice. Going into this appointment, I had a Shellac manicure which needed to be removed. He didn't make any efforts to even out my nails after scraping off the Shellac, making the new color look awfully uneven and blotchy. You'll be doing yourself a favor by not going to this place. read more
