I have really debated posting a negative review as I know businesses rely so heavily on online reviews, but I decided it would be important for others to consider my experience. I have been getting botox on and off for about 7 years - I have received excellent botox and not so great botox. I recently moved to Highlands Ranch and found Olive Tree online and decided to come in based on the number of wonderful reviews. The initial customer service was wonderful and I really felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. I wanted a slight lift in my brows and my treatment was completed very quickly.  I was told that I needed to wait 2 full weeks to see how things settled in before coming back to make any minor adjustments. As mentioned above, I have been getting botox for nearly 7 years and I know what is to be expected and what is cause for concern.....  My face takes very quickly to botox and within 2 days, I could tell that my face was not right. I called the office to let them know my concerns. I spoke to my technician and she scoffed that it had only been 2 days and I just needed to wait. Over the next few days I had 1 brow that looked like a flat worm and my eyelid was very heavy and the other brow looked like Dr Spock from Star Trek. My face was so unbelievably wonky and frozen, I had no idea what was going to happen if I continued to wait. I was freaked out as I have NEVER experienced such dramatic asymmetry in my face.  As any concerned patient would do, I reached out to the office one more time. Again, (in a very inconvenient tone) I was told things would eventually 'settle in' and my technician said that she would see me once I had met the 2 week timeline. I felt very disregarded. At the very least, I was hoping for a courtesy appointment for a bit of reassurance, but instead I felt like a total annoyance. Never did I request more Botox, but really was hopeful for a face to face meeting and a little reassurance. Hoping to get some genuine customer service and care, I reached out to my previous botox gal and she offered to see my right away. I drove nearly an hour to see her and she immediately recognized my issue. Within 5 minutes she administered a few units and had my brows looking symmetrical. Unfortunately, there is no reversing the heaviness of my eyelid that was caused by the previous tech,, but she was able to lower my spock brow and raise the end of my flat worm brow. My experience was quite disheartening. Your face is your very first impression and when it changes so drastically it is scary. My technician knew how worried I was, and quite honestly her lack of compassion and zero follow-up, is one of the largest reasons for my poor star rating. It was huge waste of $400, that's for sure. read more

Made appointment which was confirmed. Come in 5 min later and no one there to do services. My appointment was accepted well over 30 minutes before I dropped my infant at the babysitter so I could drive over 25 minutes across town. My appointment was accepted by Jamie and when I walked in the door I was told Jamie just left and that Jackie would be able to fit me in. While appreciated the accommodation, I'm not necessarily comfortable seeing someone I didn't schedule an appointment with. When it was obvious I would be waiting longer, I had to leave due to another appointment. This place is not a good for for me and I will not be returning. read more

First of all I truly cannot say enough good things about the staff and their services! For starters, they originally couldn't get me in until the weekend. It was Tuesday when I called, and I have a trip on Friday so I was hoping to get my lips done before I left. I told them that, and they made time for me the next morning! And then, I went to the wrong location (my fault), and was 30 minutes late to the appointment they already went out of their way to get me into, but we're sooooo nice and understanding, and still made time for me. The receptionist Ashley was a sweetheart, and Krista did a phenomenal job on my lips. I've gotten my lips done at about 5 other places, and nowhere has come close to the kindness, quality and comfort level I felt here. Krista even gave me a little bag with 4 ice packs, chapstick and topical Arnica to try to help me reduce the swelling as much as possible before Friday. I went in about 3 weeks ago for a Botox consultation with Jackie and she immediately made me feel very comfortable. Jackie asked me what was bothering me and helped me understand the process and explained that we would start slowly since this was my first time. :) I asked a thousand questions about other services as well and she happily explained what would work best for me. Best Med Spa ever! Their rooms are very neat and cozy. Jackie and JoEllen are so sweet. JoEllen did Juverderm injections on my lips for the first time ever. I was a little nervous, but she sat down with me and we talked about the process and she asked what look and size I was going for. She was very informative and calming. She told me everything she was going to do before she did it. She is also hilarious and was making me giggle the whole time. :) The process was pretty quick! I think it only took about a half hour and she put numbing cream on my lips which made me barely feel anything when she was injecting. I was nervous about it hurting, but it didn't hurt me near as bad as I thought! When she was done she let me take a look and asked if I wanted to modify anything. Needless to say, I love my lips and I don't know why I didn't do it sooner! I was going for naturally plump and she did an amazing job. My lips were a little swollen and sore for a few days, but by the fourth day they were perfect! read more

I went in today with awful hormonal cystic acne attacking my face. Both Jackie and JoEllen saw me although I only had a dysport follow-up appointment with Jackie. They are both so knowledgeable and I appreciate how they did not talk down to me, but truly cared about helping to solve my skin problem. They even comped this visit, and got me in for a follow-up appointment tomorrow. Cystic acne is painful and difficult to treat, it crushes confidence, can stay for months, and then leaves scars. The first time I came in to get lip filler, it was my first time ever getting injections so I didn't know what to expect. They had a deal going on for a full syringe of filler being around $475 ish. So I asked about that filler and the lady doing my lips said she has no idea what I'm talking about (yet their Instagram page just posted the deal). Obviously, She was trying to upsell me and get more money out of me. I had driven a long way and just went ahead with getting the regular $600 fillers. They looked decent I thought at the time (I now know other places can do A LOT better and they aren't so rushed). The second time I came in, the same lady did a bad, rushed 5 minute job as there was severe unevenness even after months. I had two hanging bumps coming off the top of my front lip and it looked ridiculous. Now, a year later I've gone to a different place. WOW, what a difference! This other new place took double the time to do my lips (because they were being thorough) AND had a follow up appointment to do a touch up (they left .2 ml left in the syringe to make sure they did a thorough/concise job). My lips from them looked WAY better than anything I've ever gotten from olive tree. Olive tree med spa just wants your money and wants to get you in and get you out ASAP. No follow ups from olive tree, no messages to check in and make sure your lips are okay. NOTHING. Absolute terrible professionalism from olive tree considering you are paying a fortune for luxury services. Not choosing this place ever again. read more
