The prices are a little on the high side, but you are getting top grade Wagyu so it is well worth it. Claire was the young lady behind the counter who took our order and brought our food to the table. She couldn't have been nicer and she explained what her favorites were on the menu and answered all our questions. I ordered the Wagyu Beef Tapa and my friends each ordered the Wagyu Burrito. We added an order of fries to the menu based on recommendations from previous Yelp reviews. We all agreed these were some of the best tasting fries we've had in a long time. Along with water, two of us ordered glasses of the Pinot to enjoy with our lunch selections. Our items were quickly brought to our table. However, the orders all did not come at once. My tapa plate was provided at least five minutes before my friends got their burritos. Walking in, I must have looked confused because I heard a knowing voice ask if it was my first time in. I admitted that it was and a delightful employee walked over to me to show me around. Stasio's has a deli counter, a coffee counter, and several shelves with Italian foods. I quickly learned that sandwiches are ordered at the deli and brought out to the waiting area when ready. Coffee is ordered at a cash register and the coffee is poured or prepared after purchase. Any prepared foods, together with sandwiches and fresh bread, are paid for at one of two registers. Despite the crowd -- and it was crazy busy -- everything was remarkably efficient and the staff showed no sign of stress. I ordered an Egg and Pepper sandwich and a Caprese Sandwich. Bread is made onsite and it was as fresh and delicious. (I ordered a loaf of Semolina/Italian bread and brought it home, where it was eaten within a few hours.
