First but hopefully not the last time eating here. The wagyu was on the pricier side but we still really wanted to try it. Our server recommended we try the pork katsu sando too so we split that and the wagyu sando with fries. We ordered the A5 Wagyu sando, pork katsu sando, and fries. Both were really good, especially the wagyu and it was a nice stop to grab some lunch while checking out the butcher shop and other things they had to offer.

The staff was so helpful and welcoming! They gave us recommendations and told us about the quality of their ingredients. The inside is clean, well maintained and casual setting. We've driven on that road many times and never noticed the Palm Beach Meats sign or the bright red neon A5 sign in the window. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak and its flavor was insane! We also got the Australian Wagyu filet sando which was also incredible. I'd recommend a side of fries with the sando since it was a bit small. The fries are worth the $5 extra cost. For dessert we ordered the Wagyu brownie sundae. It's worth paying $4 for the scoop of icecream, homemade tallow whipped cream and salted caramel sauce (which has a fantastic twist and uses fish sauce!). We also ordered the strawberry sando which was a delight in texture but a bit light on the flavor for me. Next time we'll be ordering the crème brulee sando. This place is a family run gem and I'm so happy it's in Orlando!

Visited in December 2025 Review! This place has promise, but on a fateful afternoon, my guest and I did not feel it. We arrived and seated ourselves at the bar! It was quite empty on our afternoon visit, so we were greeted right away. It seems both workers wanted to talk with us, so we each got a beverage and then reviewed the menu. However, it quickly came upon me that the vibe in this place was off. Wagyu galore in almost every item, and it comes with Kobe beef prices! I get the allure of Kobe and even its much less stringent or regulated cousin, Wagyu; however, it's like the 'Wagyu' hotdog or even the Wontons we tried seem to distort the overall concept. Fried or overcooked items will distort the concept, and in the end, it'll just taste weird or like normal beef, but at way higher prices. Service: I enjoy good service at a restaurant or even a retail store/restaurant concept like this. However, the staff seemed to hover around us this fateful afternoon, and paired with some off-putting music for the setting, it created a strange vibe. Mains: The term Katsu is a Japanese term for any cutlet of meat that is breaded and fried. Maybe the Katsu filet sandwich had been fried at some point, but it was heavily rare (see photos). Now this is Wagyu, so you definitely don't want anything past medium rare here. Overall, it was an interesting dish, but one I probably wouldn't seek out. The Wagyu Philly cheese steak was fairly "meh," as the meat was cooked long and wasn't any better than other places that specialize in cheesesteaks. Overall, this place has promise, but clearly has room to improve. One redemption was that they took InKind, which was nice.

The service here was great. This place doubles as a small restaurant and a butcher shop and other wagyu themed meats. (wagyu hot dog, which was pretty good). Everything on the menu had some sort of wagyu component to it. We were just there passing by and getting a snack, so we got the wagyu sandwich. I tried just the Australian wagyu, and it was very good. Definitely worth a try. There are so many other interesting items here, that had, I not had dinner plans and just intended this to be a snack, I would have ordered more. This is definitely worth a visit and trying other menu items with a group, so you can share and sample. The only thing that you have to be wary about is the prices, but after all its wagyu, so the price is something you should expect and not be shocked going in. Whether or not the price is what you are willing to pay for the wagyu is ultimately up to the diner.

Hell yes. This place was stunning and we will definitely be returning. The staff was kind, venue was clean, and the food was bursting with flavor. Wagyu Wontons - I'm still dreaming about these. Savory, garlicky, and a perfect crunch. A great starter and worth returning to. It's shareable....but you won't want to. A5 Wagyu Sandwhich - A pricier bite for sure, but it was great. Loved the salt finish and the sauce inside. The cook was perfect as well. The philly was absolutely insane. It has no business being that good but it truly was. Phenomenal quality, seasoned to perfection, covered in cheesy goodness. 11/10 We can't wait to be back!

Delicious can't wait to go back that sundae that bblt amazing! The server apologized for the items being addictive which he didn't lie. I am planning my next visit. The restaurant was empty. I was the only one there for about an hour. But it's clean and quiet.

Wagyu, wagyu, wagyu!! I've had this place on my radar for a little while but have been hesitant to try to due to what I thought the price point was (upon arrival, I saw they did have some reasonably priced options). Thankfully, my boss offered to take me to lunch so OF COURSE I HAD TO HAVE HIM TAKE ME TO GET WAGYU!! I ordered the wagyu Philly cheesesteak, and my boss had the wagyu burger. Both of these were REALLY good. What surprised me the most was the French fries actually. They were very crisp and delicious. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is very chill and fitting for the vibe. They had a variety of Asian sodas, teas, and sakes in the fridge for purchase. You can buy wagyu and other types of steak by the pound to cook at home also. The staff and service were incredible. They kept our waters filled and had some nice conversations with us as we waited for our food.

I came here after seeing a post about their Magical Dining special -- and it was so good, I went back a second time! First off, the decor is super inviting -- clean, cozy, and stylish without being over the top. You immediately get the vibe that you're in for something special. A quick note: nearly everything on the menu is made with or features Wagyu beef in some way. Even better -- they also sell different meats and beverages (including some unique Wagyu options) if you want to recreate the experience at home. Thought that was a nice touch. I didn't realize they had beer and wine until we arrived. Our group had planned to do happy hour before, but -- if you've dealt with Orlando traffic on a Friday at 5 PM, you know how that goes. Their drink selection was solid, and the staff gave us great beer recommendations. Appetizers: First visit, I had the lumpia. Second time, the empanada. The lumpia was super fresh and ended up being my favorite of the two -- though I do wish it came with a sweeter dipping sauce to balance the saltiness. The sauce it came with was a bit too tangy for my taste. Entrees: I got to try both the cheesesteak (first visit) and the burger (second visit), and both were excellent. We added the double meat option for just $6 each time -- I couldn't believe they were offering extra Wagyu for that price. The cheesesteak was surprisingly good -- I wasn't sure how Swiss cheese would work here, but it totally did. Portions were generous, too -- enough for leftovers. The burger was my favorite item overall. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly how I asked. It's stacked high, so don't expect to eat it neatly -- but it's worth every messy bite. I even shared half with a friend who ordered the cheesesteak, and they were shocked by how good it was. Dessert: Even after all that food, we made room for dessert -- and wow. Imagine a cold peach cobbler and a churro having a baby. The flavors were amazing, and the ice cream on top pulled it all together. I'm not a dessert person, and this still ended up being one of my favorite parts of the meal. I honestly don't understand why this place doesn't have a line out the door. The food is top-tier, the service is excellent, and the vibe is just right. Definitely recommend checking it out -- and take a peek at the menu photos I posted to see what we had!

Palm Beach meats came by recommendation from one of my employees, truth be told was quite surprised pulling up to the establishment, I thought it was a little rundown and shanty? However there were some nice vehicles in the parking lot to validate the Wagyu title! Upon entrance was greeted by some young staff members at the counter, we thought we'd be seated by a host unfortunately you order from the counter and have a seat? that was a little bit of a turn off truth be told considering they're serving Wagyu, the meat display has very high-end items at high prices but I digress were seated immediately and approached by our waitress who immediately took our order, five minutes later drinks were served. I did not list them or take pictures, but we went with Japanese inspired beer, and soft drink, which were both fantastic! started with the Wagyu wontons, the PBM Wagyu cheeseburger and fries, the Wagyu Chicago hot dog and the Wagyu beef Tapa, appetizer arriving within eight minutes presentation very nice flavor and taste I have to say I was a bit disappointed. I expected more, but it was fine. Within 10 minutes. The first entrée arrived, the cheeseburger next the Beef Tapa and a minute behind that was the Chicago hot dog, we decided to do a tasting, no way we can eat all this food but we wanted to try it! Wagu cheeseburger, outstanding! I'll keep it right there, next Chicago hot dog, outstanding! Next the Wagyu beef Tapa, presentation fantastic however, the best part of this dish was the egg and rice no flavor at all with the Wagyu steak Sorry it is what it is, for dessert, the stuffed toast that was being advertised to finish up the meal going with the strawberry cream and crème brûlée both just OK. Nothing special at all a little bit disappointed with that; went into the gift shop after and bought a few items to support the business $100 worth lol, all and all a good time decent food very pricey so bring your wallet you are paying for the name Wagyu, I have spoken

I remember when this was Hungry Pants! Love the irony of the plant based restaurant becoming a meat market. (They did keep the bathroom decor)! It's a lovely location! It has a nice local market feel. You can buy pre packaged meats and goods or cuts of wagyu beef. We ordered at the counter. The team at the register were very helpful. It was our first time here, and they did an excellent job with helping us pick our meal. We got the wagyu wontons and the Tapa rice bowl. Both were amazing! The wontons had a lovely garlicky flavor. I like the bite size wontons. You get the full flavor and experience by eating the whole wonton! The rice bowl was fantastic! The papaya salad gave it a nice sour and fermented flavor! The beef was very tender and flavorful! The rice wasn't overly fried and had a nice garlic flavor as well! This is definitely a good place for a treat Yo'self lunch!

Palm Beach Meat is a welcome addition to the SODO District, offering a wide selection that ranges from shareable small bites like fried wontons and lumpia, to hearty sandwiches (coming soon), salads, and of course, premium meats you can take home. On my visit, I ordered the cheeseburger (no butter), which came with fries for a total just under $20. The portion was generous, and the presentation made a strong first impression. Unfortunately, both the fries and the burger patty were overwhelmingly salty--so much so that I could only get through two bites before having to stop. That said, the atmosphere was inviting, the staff attentive, and the overall quality and variety on the menu give me confidence this place is worth another try. Next time, I'll simply ask for my meal with low or no salt to better enjoy what they have to offer. Palm Beach Meat has the right foundation--good service, creative offerings, and a clear passion for quality food. With a little adjustment on seasoning, it could easily become a go-to spot in downtown Orlando.

After two visits and getting to try a good variety of the menu, I am definitely a fan of Palm Beach Meats! If you're looking for your wagyu beef fix, this is the place to be! They serve both Japanese and Australian wagyu (depending on your preferred price point). I'm not quite ready to splurge on the $100 Japanese A5 wagyu sandwich yet, but the Australian filet katsu was still very tasty! I've also tried the aged wagyu tallow popcorn, wagyu wontons, wagyu lumpia, and the Kurobuta pork katsu sandwich. Don't sleep on the pork! It was super tender and delicious and an underrated menu item in my opinion. I think I prefer the lumpia over the wontons, but they were both super tasty. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and I love seeing all the local collabs and pop-ups they do around town. I heard they do wagyu steak frites on Wednesday nights, so I'm definitely going to have to check that out soon. It's cool to see what they've done with the old Hungry Pants space, and I'm glad it was taken over by another local gem!
