No other trailer repairmen would work on axles except for Freddy. He made numerous calls to try to locate an axle. When that was not successful, he was able to have someone weld a spindle to the axle and eventually get the trailer up and running. He went above and beyond making calls and exploring options because he knew we were in a pinch. Although he lived in williamsport, he responded to Nashvillemultiple times and had to deal with shipping issues with FedEx in the meantime. He was super friendly, professional and courteous. And his rates were very reasonable. He could have charged anything he wanted given our situation, but he didn't take advantage of it. He even took apart the other drums and repacked the bearings to make sure everything was in tight order. This is a guy you can trust and a guy who will do whatever it takes to help you out.

They were at least 20% under all the competition. She even gave me a veterans discount on top of their low price. When I arrived she apologized that the board had not arrived yet (third party delivery is totally beyond her control), and that it was out for delivery and should be there within the hour. We began our maiden voyage the day after Christmas. We spent 3 weeks on the road and encountered many weather extremes from warm/balmy to sever storms to bone chilling cold. We talked to Phil most days at least 1 time if not more and we exercised nearly every system on the trailer. Phil was always available for us and answered all our questions. We look forward to many more trips with our Lance travel trailer.
