No other trailer repairmen would work on axles except for Freddy. He made numerous calls to try to locate an axle. When that was not successful, he was able to have someone weld a spindle to the axle and eventually get the trailer up and running. He went above and beyond making calls and exploring options because he knew we were in a pinch. Although he lived in williamsport, he responded to Nashvillemultiple times and had to deal with shipping issues with FedEx in the meantime. He was super friendly, professional and courteous. And his rates were very reasonable. He could have charged anything he wanted given our situation, but he didn't take advantage of it. He even took apart the other drums and repacked the bearings to make sure everything was in tight order. This is a guy you can trust and a guy who will do whatever it takes to help you out.

The salespeople are very nice and accomodating and understand when it's time to walk away and let you search through the inventory at your pace. They offer reasonable rates on loans up to 15 years. In the showroom there is an antique Coke machine and the restore and paint was done by the team of painters there at Corinth RV, as a demo of their painting abilities.

The doors to my cabinets were just laying around the camper with the hinges completely missing. We began our maiden voyage the day after Christmas. We spent 3 weeks on the road and encountered many weather extremes from warm/balmy to sever storms to bone chilling cold. We talked to Phil most days at least 1 time if not more and we exercised nearly every system on the trailer. Phil was always available for us and answered all our questions. We look forward to many more trips with our Lance travel trailer.
