I love olivers! The people there are super nice, lines aren't ever very long (unlike Safeway, rip). They also make bomb sandwiches, although it takes forever so expect to do a little shopping while they make sandwiches. It's very spency, but it's for quality right? read more

My family and I are frequent customers with our local Olivers. The Tavern has great food and we love the atmosphere. We've had Lily serve us numerous times and she is always a joy. Quick & efficient with her job, you can tell she gets along well with all her co workers and the customers. We are always welcome with a big smile and feel comfortable instantly. My wife and I believe more employees could benefit from the type of customer service we experience with her as she has become the reason we continue to come back and highly recommend to friends and family. read more

Just left Oliver's. Love the place. Great layout. Everyone was helpful. Glad they are open till 10. The cashier just shorted me two dollars. She knew exactly what she was doing. I was pretty busy organizing my purse. She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no. She was supposed to give me back seven dollars and she gave me back five. I didn't make a big deal of it because I didn't really need two dollars and maybe she did. Not cool all Oliver's. Next time this happens I will call somebody out and let them know and let your management now. Keep an eye on your employees. What a great addition to Northern Sonoma County. Oliver's outclasses Big John's hands down. The best fresh produce selection I've seen. Tavern is a great concept and will do very well. It's new so probably some bugs to shake out but for my first visit, it was flawless. I live in Healdsburg but this will be my regular market. Now if Windsor could just get Old Redwood finished and open! read more

I used to love this location but they costumer service has really gone down hill. I went to go talk about a wedding cake and the lady working in the bakery was SO rude! So now I will go get my cake elsewhere. She said I had to talk to the manager about my wedding cake. Okay that's fine but she was so rude about it. It made me and my fiancé not want to go through with it after dealing with her. Such a disappointment. read more

I LOVE Olivers!! Before I moved to Windsor I lived in cotati and probably the thing I missed most was Olivers! And now its here, but better! This location is BEAUTIFUL! The produce is the best, their specialty cheese selection is amazing, the taqueria is fresh but its definitely white boy Mexican food. Best vegetarian lasagna I have had this side of Italy! I was impressed. Finally a grocery store in the area with high quality food and superior customer service. Selection is great, cheese counter fantastic. Some might complain about prices but you get what you pay for and, being Italian, I might save on some things in life but not food. read more

I have been shopping at Oliver's markets in the Santa Rosa area for the last 15 years. Love the selection of local and regional foods. Great selection and reasonable prices. Have compared with Whole Foods and prices are lower for most organic foods. Also, feature local produce. Have a good selection of prepared foods to take home and heat up. Their soups and salads are great. Staff is friendly and helpful. New store at Windsor is attractive and has wide isles. read more

Just watched a lady yell at 2 cashiers for providing her with fresh wheatgrass when apparently all she wanted was "frozen wheatgrass"... it was completely ridiculous, but they just shrugged it off & led her to the "manager" person that probably procured this crucial grocery. Just wanted to leave this review to say that staff here are completely amazing and friendly. From the sushi ppl to the cashiers - they're all really good people. As far as the store goes there are plenty of healthy foods to choose from, the bombest breakfast burritos & sushi around..... and apparently some damn good wheatgrass. read more

I am starting to think this store is imploding! Went in to have a beer at the tavern which I do occasionally. I like the tavern but the beer selections are sometimes a bit odd or not well thought out. This day the server, the only one actually working and not chatting with the manager by the popcorn, had no idea what was on tap and then told me she didn't drink or like beer but had heard the stout was good. What?! Do the breweries know your tavern manager staffs people who do not know their product? Between the manager not knowing what a tavern runs like and chasing her good servers off I am not returning here for beer. Too many other places in walking distance. And I found out ANOTHER server who knows their beer is leaving BECAUSE of the manager. Maas, you apparently do not want a tavern so just close it already and put in more vegetables. I was expecting so much more from this store! The past few time I have come in I feel like an after thought. I was trying to get something from the bakery and even though there were several people behind the counter they were obviously to busy to provide customer service. This has happened the last 2 times I have been there! It is so frustrating to not even be acknowledged as waiting even though they see you! I ended up waiting the first time almost 10 minutes, I would have left but needed to pick up something for a party. When they did get around to helping me they were rude, almost as it I was interrupting their day by asking for help. The last time I was in (last week) I had someone look up and just leave me standing there. after about 5 minutes some one from the deli asked if I had been helped. When said "no" they looked at the 2 people in the bakery and said one of them would be with me soon. After another few minutes, I left. I was never acknowledged by anyone in the bakery. I'm sure that I am not the only one who this has happened to! They need to train their staff that customers should come first! I like how my complaint about this store is unaddresses read more

They have it all- great custom burritos, deli counter, excellent salad bar, ready to eat or take home and warm up foods. Today I had a humus wrap that was good, with roasted red peppers. Also a fried Brussels sprout salad. I love their olive selection. And the pub always has 12 local craft beers on tap plus 12 wine selections (for AFTER work)! The staff is friendly too. read more

Not happy with this market at all. We have been there several times sincw opening. Always appears to be the same, so not basing this review from one experience. Salad bar always looks unkept, not stocked, lettuce wilted and yellow. Went to tavern to eat and have wine/beer, waited close to 10 minutes before being attended to (always seems to be talking to other patrons instead of seeing if people need to be rung up; or order taken). The prices of meat are 25% higher than the Rincon Valley location. So disappointed, we were so excited to have Olivers come to Windsor. PLEASE PULL IT TOGETHER! read more

Great store. Friendly interactions with all the employees. It was different. It's like their employees enjoy to help you.

It's a big building but the aisles are too narrow. If you pause with your cart you are blocking someone and you may get bumped. I will try the market located on Stony Point as I want to give Oliver's another chance. read more

Oliver's Market recently opened a new store in Windsor and I am a fan!! Good quality food is very important to me, and at Oliver's they never disappoint. They have a great Tavern that serves various local beverages, with a great representation of some of the best cider makers, brewers and wineries. The Tavern has a small but delicious menu, and you can also get any food you want from the deli, taqueria, sushi bar, or the store and eat it with your beverage in the Tavern. I have been back to Oliver's more times than I should admit, sometimes for breakfast, lunch and dinner! It is my favorite post-kayaking, hiking or mountain biking stop for a draught beer and bite to eat. This is a foodies' nirvana, with a rich and diverse selection of the most delicious food and drink.
