I really like this Raley's. It's large, had an awesome community shop area that just closed, hoping it comes back. There is great parking and lots of fun little stores around it. The deli/ bakery area seems bigger than other Raley's but I could be wrong. They have a large drink area. I love drinks! They had many different Kambutchas, teas, coconut water, probiotic drinks and more. We come here twice a year for the Easter Bunny and Santa picks and always pick ip a few snacks snd drinks while there. read more

Ever since Raley started using DoorDash, their service is terrible for delivery. My order was over 15 minutes late. They left it on the front door on an 80° day without ringing the doorbell so I didn't know it was there and it involves perishables. Raley's needs to change delivery plus they add a tip in which is ridiculous when it is always late. read more

I almost don't want to write a review because I don't wanna give up my secret. Social distancing at its finest at Raleys. While low on the obvious ( TP, soap, pasta/some canned goods), there is BARELY anyone in the store. I feel so safe, they have plexiglass and hand sanitizer for your in store use, and SO many fresh veggies Raleys has always been my favorite due to the low crowds but even more so during all this Stay safe people! read more

Today was the last time I'll shop at Raley's. Any Raley's. They have made it next to impossible to get the sale prices. Shopping is a chore, not a game to me. I want to get in and out as quickly as possible . When I see something with a sale price I expect the sale price at the register. Why do I have to waste my time by going online to their app and accepting the offer? WTF? This has happened way to many times and today was the last time. Saw that frozen turkey breast sale price .97 per pound, regular price 2.97 a pound. Maybe it was in the small print on the sign at the freezer, but if big numbers say it's on sale I expect the sale price at the register. I've shopped Raley's for years, but shopping here now and asking for a refund (today it was $8+ on just the turkey) is a total waste of my time. Trick me once, shame on you. I will never shop here again. The store is very unorganized. The managers are the most rude as rude can be. They stack items in the middle of the isles so it's difficult to get by. They never have Enough checkers working so it takes to much time. I'd rather visit a more expensive grocery store to be able to shop and get home. read more

I've gotten sandwiches here before and most of the time they are great. I went yesterday with my boyfriend and another couple before we headed out to the beach for Valentine's days we ordered our sandwiches and went n got some chips, dip, cheese cake and drinks while we waited. Since we already walked around the store we decided to go check out and so the boys sent us (the girls) to the car to put the drinks,dip and cheese cake in the cooler and to wait for them to grab the sandwiches. We waited a full hour before the boys came back to the car with sandwiches in hand... I was so hungry I couldn't wait so I opened mine as soon as I got it and this is what it looked like.. my boyfriend ordered the same thing as me so his looked exactly like this too. I was disappointed and I'm just glad I wasn't on a lunch break because that would've been my whole lunch. read more

This has happened to me three times now so I feel compelled to write a review. The store is fine and clean, the meat section is lacking but whatever. My problem is with the checkers: when there is a full crowd at the front of the store trying to check out a checker will start a new register but take someone from the very back of the line who has only been waiting for one minute as opposed to the person second in line who has been waiting 10 minutes to check out. This has happened to me multiple times. The checkers are also unfriendly do not make eye contact. Safeway is more friendly and Oliver's is the best with customer service and fresh produce and meats. Will not be coming back to Raleys and you can thank your employees for that. read more

Great store with friendly employees and a fabulous selection. I was in Windsor for a birthday party and stopped for some snacks and a gift. The cashier who helped me (Joanne) was adorable. I couldn't decide on a plant or flowers(their selection of plants and flowers is big!) I walked over to self checkout where she was working to ask her opinion on 2 I couldn't decide on. She talked me into the plant for my girlfriend's birthday and then reminded me I could get the flowers for myself since I thought they were so pretty. I forgot how nice it is to have fresh flowers in the house! I guess I'm not used to grocery clerks being so friendly and genuinely wanting to help. I've been shopping at the Windsor Raley's for many, many years. I've seen it go through a lot of transitions. During 2020 Raley's was a pleasant place to shop, with friendly and familiar faces on the floor and at the registers. Despite being a chain store, it embodied the small town, family feel of Windsor. I could always count on at least one employee saying hi or asking if I needed help finding anything. I recently went to Raley's to pick up a few things and the difference between then and now was like night and day. I had a few things I needed help with. I knew it would probably take longer than usual because it was obvious that the store was short-staffed. I think we're all used to waiting by now so I wasn't bothered by that. Unfortunately, the way the two fellows who helped me acted, was less than favorable. They both worked in the front end, as cashiers. I hadn't seen either one of them before. I had to go to each of them for different things. Neither one of them greeted me. After an awkward silence, I said hello, explained what was going on and I was met, both times with sour expressions and zero communication. Not an "I'll help you with that, or an I'm sorry, or a how are you?" No smile, no thank you, no small talk while I waited, no nothing. It was weird, a bit creepy, and the complete opposite of good customer service. When I left, I knew that I wouldn't be going back again if I could avoid it. It also made me really sad, because I can't help but think about the kind, happy people who used to work there and wonder what happened to them. You could actually see the camaraderie and caring rapport they had with each other and we, the customers, benefitted from it too. In a time when people's spirits are low and times are uncertain, it is more important than ever to be kind to one another, even if that kindness takes the form of a simple hello. read more

During the week that we were in town for the Vineman 70.3 Ironman festivities, this was our go-to spot for stocking our timeshare. They were a sponsor of the event and even had a tent with race gear and race nutrition--and even race maps. It was a pleasant surprise to see that. We found everything that we needed and more here. The staff was very friendly and attentive. A few of the staff members actually remembered us when we made our 4th trip there in the week and asked how our race was etc. We don't have a Raley's near us in Carlsbad but if this store were near me, I'd definitely shop here. Thank you Raley's staff for being so welcoming to the Vineman Ironman 70.3 athletes. We truly appreciate it! We'll see you next year! read more

The store has been remodeled, nice wide aisles and in general everything spruced up. Rally's is not known for low prices but since the reopening they have been consistently lower in everyday prices compared to Safeway which is a short walk from Raleys. The Raleys parking lot is a royal pain. Short aisles, cramped spaces make parking here a bit of an adventure. It doesn't help that there is a Starbucks and the local Post Office sharing the same lot. read more

WOW. when you first walk into the store it's absolutely breath taking. I have been a Windsor resident for over 20 years and I cannot tell you how awesome it is to see this store come as far along as it has! The new remodel is stunning! They have an amazing hot bar section and the produce is AWESOME! I always feel like family when I go into this store. We love Raley's in Windsor! It is the only market in Windsor I happily shop at. The staff is so helpful and friendly and always take the time to ask how I am and if I found everything I need. They are always available to help find things or answer questions. I especially like that they always have checks ready if the line has more than 2 people in it. I never have to wait! It is always mice to chat with checkers like Joanne and Frank who remember me and check quickly while still interacting. I love the new remodel and the new sandwich ordering station is awesome! read more

My wife and I are seniors and have been ordering our groceries online for the past 2 weeks to pick up at an assigned time slot. We have been so pleased with our experience. There have been a couple of items we couldn't get but for the most part everything we selected has been fulfilled. We greatly appreciate our "Personal Shopper" for doing "our" shopping so we can stay in the safety of our car. We call when we arrive and open the back of our vehicle. This is a small town grocery store in every sense of the word, even though it is of course part of a large chain. They have very clean aisles and the store is overall just perfect. The checkers have always been exceptionally polite with me and their delivery service is pretty much flawless. I have been a customer for decades and so happy that Raley's exists. I choose them over the other big chain store in this area because they have better produce and other items. The food seems fresher. I can't think of anything I dislike about this store, except the remodel made it look kind of cold or drab, to be honest. But that is not worth docking a star from the review. That was just a corporate move and they had no choice, I'm sure. The people, service, and products are what make the store special. They deliver on all three of those elements, in my opinion. read more

I grew up with Raley's and even though Safeway seems to be an average-shopper staple, Raley's has a home-town feel to it. the customer service is always above par and the cashiers know what they're doing. the bakery/deli seems a bit under developed and will probably always have that old-school feel but as long as they remember my name and keep providing me with exceptional service I'll remain a valued customer. I just visited the Lakewood store in Windsor and Joanne was just the friendliest cashier. It is so pleasant when someone is so upbeat and it put me in a great mood. Gee and here I thought Oliver's was expensive. The newly remodel store is nice and should take a lot of business away from Safeway. In the few minutes I ran into the store I compare about a dozen items price wise and almost all of them were higher or the same a Oliver's. For that I would rather shop at Oliver's. I didn't have a chance to look at the meat department so that may make a difference. We'll go there again when I have more time and my ATM card..... The store appears well layed out, and nice wide isles which both Oliver's and Safeway do not have. Good Luck to them, 3 large supermarkets in one town, I wish they would have rather opened up in Healdsburg instead. I have to agree with another poster, is that the isle signs are almost impossible to read from the end of the isle because there is not enough contrast. How about black letters on a white background instead of tan on a cream background. read more

I am throwing a New Years party and needed 20 chocolate cupcakes. I ordered them saying I needed 20 chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting. I asked them if they could make the frosting nice because I have a cupcake stand I wanted to put them on. They ended up making a cupcake cake with all the frosting flat! I had to take them apart one by one and fix them. As I was taking them apart the frosting kept falling off. I am so stressed now. I ordered them to take time off my hands and now this wasted me so much time I could of just made them myself! So irritated and I payed full price. I should of looked before I bought. read more

I've had a great experience with most of the staff at this Raleys. The cashier I had was very sweet and very nice. She was very welcoming which is nice to see.This is my favorite raleys to come too as well. Very clean and organized. I had some trouble with the bakery but customer service and the bakery department worked on it to make things right.
