The staff were exceptionally knowledgeable in the wines that were curated for this meal and the head chef was fantastic in describing each dish, the ingredients that went into making it, and the significance of them with respect to the local community and culture. They communicated in English for us non-Spanish speaking folks and it was greatly appreciated for us to understand what we were eating and the effort put into crafting it. All the dishes were presented beautifully and consisted of a lot of fresh produce and locally sourced items. Each bite gave you a taste of Mexico, specifically, the Yucatán.
