We had appointments and we were seen promptly after our arrival. There are tons of DND swatches to choose from with countless color options, which was great since I'm a fan of that brand. We both got a gel pedicure and the quality of my nails came out great. The pedi was pretty basic, no massaging or hot stones, which I guess I've become used to at other salons. I also received a gel manicure and my tech kindly repaired one of my broken nails prior to painting. I definitely plan to return for a new color when it's time, but I do have to dock a star since one of my tootsies was cut during my pedicure.

The girls who were doing our pedicure had the worst possible attitude. Our smiles were greeted with stares and mumbling to each other in Spanish which we both understood. My teenage daughter felt so uncomfortable as did I. This all before her graduation. My daughter's toes were not filed properly , she asked for square her toes are currently uneven and rounded. The big toe which gel was applied to fix was not filed down properly and looks like a curved bubble. So disappointed. I felt as though the man in charge was also very dismissive in our wishes and was not able to file down and finish the big toes after he helped with the initial application. The tech did not know what she was doing to properly fix. We don't even have time to go elsewhere to fix before her graduation. Can't believe this even occurred today.

They re-use files on multiple clients, the entire facility just does not feel clean. Its overpriced. Gel polish was lumpy most of the time depending on who did my nails very lazy work especially for the price.. its been a long time since i should have wrote this review but the fact that im still dealing with this 3 years later is really whats getting to me. I would never come back here or recommend this place. I have spent over 1500$ on medical treatments for these warts which is quite painful, and nothing has worked. If you dont want warts all over ur cuticles you should avoid this place entirely.

Over the past several months I tried a couple other places and I was dissatisfied and taken advantage of. The owner of a particular salon tried to price gouge me not realizing It was my 3rd time there. I called her out on it. I got the exact same manicure with the exact same design and the owner tried to raise the price by $10 and charge me to trim my nails. Needless to say that was my last time at that salon. I can happily say that Glamour nails wasn't like this. I was immediately greeted at the front door. I was told to go wash my hands. I sat down with Karen and she not only took me on time but I was out the door in 45 minutes. She did a great job on my nails. She listen to what I wanted and she filed my nails exactly how I requested, (squared.) My nails look great! They're completely squared and not crooked like the other place did. I get acrylic with gel polish and I highly recommend it. All of the sample nail polish charts were completely encased in plastic so not to spread any germs. The salon was clean and everyone wore a mask. Between the manicurist and myself was plexiglass. They are doing a good job social distancing. I like that they use D&G gel polish. I will definitely be back again

He takes the time to ask your opinion and really listens to what you say and does what you want. My fall leaf was just the right touch to make the color pop. Adding glitter to it helped it shine and he especially coated twice to preserve it longer. He is consistent with fees which are reasonable compared to other salons. I will keep going back.
