Wow is this the best embroidery shop around! I actually called 4 different shops and Olivier's was the friendliest, the most helpful and the least expensive! The trifecta of being the ideal shop!!! I had a very simple request (embroidering my daughter's names on 2 pieces of their apparel) and the other shops around the area didn't give me the time of day because I was an individual customer instead of a large business with a large order. Clayton and his team at Olivier's Silkscreen & Embroidery made me feel just as important as a large order! Olivier's also does many large orders too so if you are a business with a large order they do design services and also tons of custom printing - the best of both worlds - large business and individual customers! I love how they are a small owner run business too so I know I'm getting someone doing my embroidery that is experienced and well trained! Also, best of all, they were able to do my order same day when I called and made an appointment since it was such a simple thing. The other unfriendly shops in the area told me it would be a 7 day turn around which I thought was excessive for embroidering just my daughters name (in just simple white thread) on 2 pieces of clothing. When I arrived at Olivier's, they took the time to go over exactly what I wanted and even printed out a proof so I could see my sizing and font options! What great service! Then the finished product was perfect - exactly what I wanted and so quick and such a great price! I highly recommend Olivier's Silkscreen & Embroidery to everyone! Worst Service Ever!!!!! I went in on a Thursday after school to have a pair of shorts embroidered. He said it would be ready Monday, and that he would email me the pictures over the weekend to make sure it's what I wanted. So we filled out the paper work and he insisted that it was going to cost $10 for this small embroidery and that's it. So the weekend comes by, no email no call. Decided to call him Monday, the day he promises it was going to be ready. I called him, and Clayton said it was not ready and he's waiting on his digitizing guy to get back to him. He said it would be ready Wednesday. After Monday I got no email, no call nothing at all. So I just decided to show up at the place mid Thursday to see what's up. I go in and to my surprise, the shorts are sitting on the shelf untouched. By the way, I live 40 minutes away to drive here. He said it wasn't ready and told me he will get it done today and have it ready tomorrow. I was not going to leave and drive back and waste a ton of gas when they were supposed to be ready MONDAY!!! 4 days later now still no shorts. I tell him this is completely wrong and I want it done now, so he has his guy start working on my shorts instead of this other order he was working on. His guy asked if I was paying cash or credit. Handed him a 20 dollar bill and he just laughed and said the total is going to be $76. I was furious. 76$ for a single small embroidery??!! He said it cost 60 bucks to do the digitizing but no where in the paper work did it say that! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. MUCH BETTER PLACES OUT THERE read more

Clayton the owner is a great guy. They do a great job and have the best turnaround. my office is in the same building as them. I hesitated to use him because i was so used to embroidery companies disappointing me, I didn't want to not like my neighbor.. I used to use another company and they would sometimes take 3-4 weeks or more to get my order done. Not with Olivier's, As soon as I submit my order he has them done before I even think about it again and the quality is great and is much better than I am used to. I have made 5 different orders through them in the last 6 months or so and each time the order is done fast and correctly. I recommend them to anyone. read more

I called around to get some shirts made for my business and stumbled upon Olivier's. The owner was very nice and charming over the phone so I went down to check it out. I ordered something like 15 T-Shirts / 10 collared shirts / 20 Hats, he sat me down and went over ALL my different options. I did not feel pressured to hurry up in any way and ended up with exactly what I wanted. The price he gave me was great considering it was ALL embroidered. We have had the shirts for about 2 years and still wear them every day! I would definitely refer anyone to Olivier's and have a few times since. read more

Hands down, the best at what they do. I've been ordering embroidery for years and years so know firsthand that most places gauge you on setup costs, product, etc., but not Olivier's. Clayton (owner) and Paul do an absolutely amazing job getting large orders within difficult time frames, but more importantly, they're both GREAT guys. Side note, I was actually in the store when Brandee (below 1 star review) came in with her 1 item expecting the presses to be halted. If you like to waste your time, gas and play games, you will love Olivier's. I took a hat in on a Tuesday to have some embroidery done. I was told it would be ready that Thursday at 3:00 pm and it would cost $10. I went to pick it up on Friday morning at 10:30 (19.5 hours AFTER it was promised) My hat was sitting there, never been touched. The owner came out and said the guy who does the work wasn't there yet, he would be in any minute. He said it would be done at 11:30 and for me to come back then. I explained it was due the day before, I don't live in the area and I didn't really have the time to wait. I really needed the hat done, so I left and killed an hour. I returned an hour later at 11:30 to find my hat sitting on the counter....untouched! The owner came back out and I asked him why it still wasn't done. He just sort of laughed and said "Oh, he's just coming in now". His employee then walks thru the door. I asked the employee why it wasn't done and he said he had a large order the day before.(Maybe they could have called me?) I told the owner I was really upset, this was the second time I have been back, and I felt for the inconvenience they should not not charge me. He acted shocked I would ask such a thing, and he said he was sorry and went off about how it is still work and their time and they should be paid for it. I said 'What about my work and time? I had to drive over and waste my time' He said 'Most places have a 5-7 day turn around time' I said 'That's fine, as long as they tell the customer. Here I was promised two days' He finally agreed, with an attitude, to do it for free and I accepted. He then went on.... 'I said I was sorry. What's the big deal, it will only take 10 minutes. He is setting up the machine now'. Yada.... yada..... yada...... I told him It's a big deal because he wasted my time, and if it only takes 10 minutes it should have been done instead of me having to coming back. We went round and round......Clearly he didn't respect my time and was not understanding my side. I finally just said for him to just give me back my hat and I was going to go somewhere else. I also said I was going to write a review about his service. He then said 'Oh, so now you are going to threaten me?' For this review, I didn't have the option of choosing zero stars.....I would have if that was an option. DO NOT SUPPORT A BUSINESS THAT DOES NOT RESPECT OR VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS TIME. read more
